Daily Angel Oracle Card, from the Gaia Oracle card deck, by Toni Carmine Salerno: Yin Yang
Yin Yang: “Creating harmony through balance.”
“There is currently disharmony in some area of your life due to your refusal to accept certain aspects of your personality. Nothing about you is bad. Every trait or quality you possess serves a worthwhile purpose. Moreover, any trait or quality that you think you lack, you actually have. Make a list of all the things about you that you don’t like. Then think about how each of these things serve you and others in some way. Next make a list of all the things you do like about yourself. It is natural to believe that your positive qualities undoubtedly serve both you and otehrs, however for every perceived positive there is also a negative. Not think about the negative aspects of your perceived positives. This process takes a bit of time and requires an open heart and mind. It is definitely a worthwhile exercise, for in the end you will hopefully see that nothing is actually good or bad. Every aspect of you serves both you and others. Owning, accepting and loving what is, without wanting to change it, will lead you to experience a happier, healthier and more harmonious life.
I love and accept all that I am
There is nothing to change, There is only love
Every aspect of me serves both me and others in some way
I create health, wealth and harmony by loving what is
All I accept and love transforms to ever greater love:*
Again, Toni Carmine Salerno gets right to the heart of the matter. As I work through Panache Desai’s 21 day course, as mentioned yesterday, I see the reactions of others in the group to the energy clearing and higher vibrational sessions. The results are fascinating. We so often block ourselves, holding on to these perception of ourselves, usually picked up from a young impressionable age by people who may have long forgotten that they ever affected us at all. How many subtle negative thoughts have we picked up and held on to, turning them into our shadow side, one to be repressed, hidden or worse; despised? Yet what the Angels are telling us, through Toni’s beautiful messages, is that every aspect of us needs to be accepted into the whole, and maybe, just maybe upon further inspection, we can see how this “negative” got created and built up in the first place. Maybe, but accepting every aspect of ourselves, we can finally fit the yin and yang together, creating the balance and harmony suggested. What would be possible then?
I watched an interesting documentary last night, called The Sacred Science. It’s a movie about taking 8 ill westerners out into the Amazon jungle to be healed by local Shaman… or is it? By the end of the movie (and don’t worry I am not wrecking it by telling you this as they are very up front in the first 3 min of the movie) 5 are healed, two are not and one…. well I will let you watch and find out for yourself. What hit me is the combination of soul healing through self introspection, the connection to the Earth, and the use of prayer to aid in healing. Hmmm, makes you feel like we are really missing the bigger picture here aren’t we? Poisoning ourselves with processed, contaminated food and environments, then trying to heal through pharmaceuticals that have more side effects than healing effects (in many circumstances, if you are on medication, I am not suggesting that you stop it, if you need medical help, please seek it promptly). But what about the introspection? What about the healing prayer? How about a simple, healthful diet free of chemicals, pesticides, and preservatives?
Food for thought isn’t it?
