Daily Angel Oracle Card, from the Magical Mermaids and Dolphins Oracle Card deck, by Doreen Virtue, Ph.D: Synchronicity

Synchronicity: “Your prayers and questions are being answered by synchronistic events. Notice them in order to increase their flow.”

“As a result of all your prayers and manifestation work., you are now attracting synchronistic events. Those “chance meetings,” information that you just “happen” to receive, and other synchronicities are really answered prayers. By drawing this card, Heaven calls our attention to the synchronicity and seredipity happening in your life. The more you notice these magial events, the more they will occur for you. Even better, write them down in a journal as a way to stimulate more synchronicity in your life.

You may already know that there are no coincidental or accidental occurrences. This card reflects your recent focus on positive thoughts, which are being directed toward your desires. Like a magical energy beam that can influence physical objects, your optimism and faith are reshaping your life into a masterpiece that reflects your higher self.”*

Well, talk about synchronicity!!! I was drawn to the Magical Mermaids and Dolphins Oracle cards for this reading as I just can’t stop thinking about the dolphins and whales in Taiji, Japan. I am doing everything in my power to send the dolphins and whales pure love, light, healing and protective energy. I am so passionate about this, I feel that I must work to make a difference. Thank you Angels for manifesting Unlimited Resources for me to rescue the dolphins and whales of the world. I don’t yet know exactly how I am going to do this, but I know that I am. Period.

When I turned 21, my parents bought me my open water diving certification course, it changed my life!! I took the course in the cold waters of the coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada in January. The visibility was pretty good except for the sand that we all kicked up learning to control our buoyancy. Pretty much every fish, crab and creature was scared away in a mile radius by the over eager newbies but I loved every minute of breathing under water. Over the next couple of years I progressed from open water, to advanced, rescue, dive master and finally, PADI dive instructor. I moved to Mexico, then the Bahamas, and Bermuda and traveled to Costa Rica, Honduras, Belize, Hawaii, Micronesia, Guam, Florida, and California.

My very first live aboard dive trip was Port Hardy BC, at the top of Vancouver Island. The water is cold and clear, the tides are fast and there is an abundance of sea life. It was amazing. I got in the water with a huge pod of White Sided dolphins, they were all around me. I was snorkeling, not diving and in a dry suit. I could have stayed there all day. The first day I dove in Belize I saw three dolphins in the waters just off Roatan; the first day I dove in Cozumel I saw three dolphins in the water. I worked on a live aboard dive boat in the Bahamas which traveled to and from Nassau; we often saw dolphins during our travels and dives and they had an amazing energy in the water.

I went from being a dive instructor, to learning underwater videography, which I loved. The very last video I took was right before I left Bermuda, five months pregnant with my daughter I jumped in the water with a Humpback Whale and her calf, snorkeling and took a couple of minutes of video footage. Never did I feel that I was chasing, bothering or disturbing these amazing animals, I was respectful and kept my distance. I was always in awe of their exceptional beauty and grace. When I stopped diving (for the meantime, til the kids are older), I had over 4000 dives. I had moments where I was underwater and I had to consciously think, “Oh ya, I’m under water”, it became one and the same to me. I had amazing animal experiences, I saw things I will never forget and I felt like I belonged in the ocean.

I miss those days, but I am grateful for the life I have now. I am grateful for the opportunity to help my beloved creatures of the ocean, and I am grateful for the Angels for their help, support and guidance. One day I will return to the water, with my kids. We had one chance for a couple of weeks two years ago in Hawaii, swimming with turtles and admiring Humpbacks from the shore and boats, but I plan to get back in the water one day, and until then, I will find a way to help from land.

Namaste,
