Integrity: “Align your actions so that they match your values and inner knowingness of what is right for you.”
“This card is a response to your questions or prayers about increasing your happiness and confidence. The angels answer is: Only conduct activities that you believe are right. This is based on no one else’s code of conduct but your own.
The angels say that engaging in behaviours that you feel guilty or ashamed about erode your self-esteem and self-confidence. Conversely, you can feel great about yourself by only doing that which you feel is right. Again, this is based on your own moral compass and no one elses.
The angels can help you change or heal any situation or relationship so you are able to bring your entire life fully into alignment with your inner truth.
Lie down and meditate in the process normally thought of as “daydreaming” – that is, allow imagination to roam free. Instruct yoru mind, heart, and soul to show you a mental movie of you living your life at its healthiest and highest levels. Watch this movie, and notice how it makes you feel.
Then say: “Archangel Michael, I ask that you help me arrange my life and daily activities so I’m fully immersed and engaged in actions that reflect my higher self. Please help me let go of any behaviours, habits, or actions that have engendered guilt or shame in the past: and replace them with actions I feel good about.”*

Sometimes we go through the motions of old, outmoded habits or thought patterns that no longer seem true to our authentic selves, yet they are so habitual that we keep doing them, even if we feel guilty, shameful or generally icky after. These may also be influences left over from other people; things that we did to please someone else or to try and fit in or gain approval. It is time to release these behaviours; standing your ground to those who would have you continue to compromise your values.
It could be a dietary concern; maybe you long to cut out certain foods to feel better but continue on out of habit or pleasing another. It could be a way of relating to someone else, or maybe including people in your life who bring you down, even though you are afraid to let them go out of misplaced loyalty. It could also be that you have forgotten to put yourself first; forgoing what you love in order to care for others; missing exercise, your hobbie or artistic outlet.
Whatever it is, it is time to give yourself permission to change it… right now! It is time to reap the benefits that this shift will bring into your life. It is so liberating to align with your true self, stand by your own values, and surround yourself with like minded and supportive people, letting judgement and hurt fall away. You deserve to be happy, and you must start by staying true to you.
