Daily Angel Oracle Card: Right Order, from the Return Of Spirit Oracle Card deck, by Cheryl Lee Harnish
Right Order: “Eventually, everything finds its right place and proper order in life. This card is about creating proper order in your physical environment. The world around us has a very strong effect on our emotional and energetic well-being. Often, our inner environment is symbolically reflected through our outer environment.
It is time to put things in their proper place and crate right order in your physical world. Roll up your sleeves and take a weekend to begin cleansing out the closets. Start to sort what you would like to keep and what needs to go. Take care of any paperwork, banking, or bookkeeping that you may have been putting off for later. Tidy your garage or storage spaces. Re-arrange one of your rooms. Vacuum the blinds or dust in the corners. Take a serious look at any space or job you think you may have neglected lately and start to deal with it. It is time to give your physical space an energetic shift.
The very act of organizing our clutter is a powerful way to symbolically cleanse and clean out our inner emotional and energetic closet. It sends a powerful message out to the cosmos that you are ready to take care of your business; willing to do whatever needs to be done, open to allowing the new to flow into your life, and keen to have a fresh start. Get ready to release stagnant energy and old emotional patterns. The new is on its way in.
You will feel lighter, free of old burdens, and more accepting of what Spirit brings your way. By putting your physical space in its right and proper order, you are doing the same for your inner space too. You might find yourself quite surprised and delighted with the results.”*

It’s so easy to procrastinate. We can put off cleaning and clearing out the old; (I totally do this!) and we can hold on and hoard “just in case” we might need something that we haven’t used in years. Eventually we become clogged up; inside and out. When we remove some of what we no longer use physically, old clothes that don’t make us feel good when we try them on; things that we hold on to that we are done with that may be of use to someone else; we block up our living space and even our work space. This is often a metaphor for what is happening inside us too. We may be holding on to old thought patterns, old fears, doubts and worries, old views of ourselves or our capabilities. Often we think these beliefs and thoughts protect us from failure or pain, when in fact, they block us from following our intuition, seeing new opportunity, and experiencing life with fresh perception.
Set aside some time for a deep cleanse of yourself and your environment. It’s work, but it’s totally worth it; you won’t believe how good you feel after! For your body, try starting your day with hot water and lemon, cutting out all processed and refined foods, sugar, salt, dairy, alcohol and caffeine. Don’t panic! If you find this list daunting, pick one or two at a time and experiment, working your way up by adding one a week. These foods are not good for us anyway and should only be consumed in moderation, if ever. Even committing to one solid week off would do wonders! Make sure you up your water intake, and eat more veggies than you have ever eaten in your whole life! (local and organic if possible!) Your body will feel light and free!
Next your workspace and living space. Clear out all the old clutter (believe me, I will have to take this advice too with two kids in elementary school who love to craft with me and I keep it all!!) Organize your bookkeeping, tax season is right around the corner. Recycle all the old scraps of paper. Donate all of those old clothes you haven’t worn in years. Then dust and wipe down the surfaces, throw open the windows. And lastly, smudge!
Smudging yourself, your crystals, every room, nook and cranny of your space when you are done clearing out will transmute and purify the energy. Smudging gets rid of any energetic “cobwebs”. It helps clear out old dense energy from any conflict and raises the vibration of each room.
When you are done, take some time to sit quietly and breathe in all the new energy you have created. Congratulate yourself on a job well done!
Then be sure to set your intention to find joy. Joy in every moment. Joy in every room. Joy in your own body.
