I love the picture on this card, just gazing at it soothes my soul. I love the water wrapping around her and flowing freely, her beauty on top of the mountain and the sacred mystery of the waterfall. This is a beautiful and simple message.

We are blessed with pure and amazing water on this planet, it is the lifeblood of our very existence. Water also signifies our emotions and when we are called to water, we are often being asked to release some of the emotion we have kept inside of us for too long, purifying our bodies, minds and spirits as we do so.

A day at the beach is not only fun, but revitalizing with all it’s negative ions. Our vibrations are being raised as the dense, low vibrational energy is removed and transmuted. You simply can’t not feel better after breathing the ocean air. Lakes are a place of calmness and serenity. They are the perfect place for silent contemplation. For soul searching. For centering. Rivers are cleansing. They are places of action and taking steps forwards on your journey. They are about fearlessness, surrender and going with the flow. Go where you are drawn, depending on what is available to you in your part of the world. You will find your energy transformed after spending some time in these sacred and wonderful places.

Taking a sea-salt bath is an amazing way to cleanse your aura and clear your energy without even having to leave your house! It is recommended to have a sea-salt bath, particularly with Hymalayan sea-salt at least once a week, but any time you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed or have come into contact with conflict or negative energy is the perfect time.  Spend at least 10-20 minutes soaking your cares away and you will come out feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Lastly, is the most important one. Drink more water. With all of the alternatives to water out there these days, many with stimulants, sugar, chemicals and food colouring, it is vitally important to detoxify your body with clean, fresh, pure water. Hopefully this is a viable option in your part of the world, I wish it was for every living creature. Our bodies need water to grow new healthy cells, clear out unwanted toxins and energies, and keep our bodies, minds and spirits working optimally. Drinking more water will help prevent disease, keep you looking younger longer, and keep your moods balanced. It is the simplest medicine around.
