Awakening Ancient Wisdom: “Deep inner knowing is emerging within me.”

Card Meaning: “The wisdom of the ages dwells within you. It is arising now. The chalice of wisdom is being offered to you. Pay attention to the coincidences, signs, and synchronicities around you. Profound enlightenment is growing within you, even if you are not aware of it.

The Universe wants you to know: The wisdom of your ancestors, your predecessors, and all of history exists deep within you. An inner portal is opening as this sacred information pours into our consciousness. You have always possessed innate knowledge, but at this juncture, simply by being still, you are able to access it with even greater perception. You are a wise being, and your wisdom is very supportive and helpful to others.

Questions to ask yourself: To understand a dream, sign, or synchronistic event, as yourself: If this symbolized a message from the Ancients, what would it be? How can I access even more wisdom within myself? How can the wisdom of the past help my present and my future?”*

When we fact obstacles in our lives, we often feel isolated and alone, as if we are the only one’s who have ever felt the way we feel. The Ancients are with us now to assure us of their enduring support; there is nothing we can face that has not been faced before. When we establish this connection, and admit that there are those who have gone before us, experiencing the very same victories and the very same pain, we can feel comforted. We are all one.

Share your feelings with your ancestors by speaking to them, either silently or out loud. You can even write it all down if that feels right to you. Pour your heart out knowing that you are unconditionally accepted. That nothing you share is being judged. That even the details that may make you feel petty or selfish are fine. There is no reason to hold back. As for perspective. Ask for a shift in perspective. Ask for self acceptance. Ask for light to be shed on the highest path.

Then listen carefully. Open heart and open mind. Surrendering to what comes, not trying to control it. Not trying to direct the outcome to be what you want, but sitting back and letting the guidance come.

Watch for signs. See the synchronicity. Acknowldege the messages. The ancestors; your ancestors; will come to guide you. They may come in elemental form. Maybe as your animal or spirit guide or totem. They may appear in your dreams with a solution, or assist you in seeing things from a different angle. They may send an article or book, a television show or movie. Just be willing to gratefully accept the guidance that is coming, as in accepting it, you open the channel of communication to receive more.

Know that everything you need is within you, it is really just a matter of coaxing it out.

The ancients, in whatever form they take, will assist you with unconditional love and support.
