Why is it that cool gets so much more attention than kind? Why is it that even if the “cool kids” are mean, selfish and self-absorbed that we try to be just as trendy as they are, instead of standing up for kindness and respect? I know it probably comes from some old survival of the fittest mentality, where the big muscled bully struts around making everyone cower and the beauty queen gets all the attention, but can we finally outgrow the obsession with the Kardisians and get on with our lives? We don’t need to base our ideal selves on a disfunctional society. We need true Soul beauty instead.
There is so much beauty in acceptance. Christ choose the outcasts for a reason, he could see their divine beauty despite their inability to fit in to society. Because, alas, what he was trying to tell us is that we are, in fact, All One. All connected. All Divine. All part of the Universe, Source, Spirit. God.
If there are those in your life that make you feel less than, take a good look at how you view yourself. Are you kind and compassionate with yourself? Have you forgiven; blessed and released the past mistakes and hurts in order to move forward into creating a new reality? Can you see your own Divine light?
Because when you see this in yourself, it opens the door to see it in others. And when you see it in others, you see it in Every living being. Every deep and beautiful Soul.
Find those Souls who get you and surround yourself with love. Embrace those close to you, without judgment or fear. Lead them in love as they shift into a new dimension. One where you see the light first, before the clothes, the cars, the boobs and the bling.
We are all part of the Light.
