“Take a deep breath… now take another one… then another… Feel what happens in your body as you do so. This is what you need to do in the midst of any turmoil you are going through. It brings you home in body, mind and spirit, to that still place inside you where you can feel and hear your heartbeat and the rhythm of your breathing, giving you the assurance that you are alive and everything is all right.
There is really no need to worry or fret about the circumstances of your inquiry. There is not even a need for you to find a solution. The solution will find you, but only when you calm down and stop trying to figure it out from a place of fear and anxiety. You have to trust that what to do – or not to do – will become evident once you are able to center yourself. That way you can think more clearly, breathe more easily, find your faith, and remember that God and the angels are really on your side.

You are desperately in need of some PEACE! You must find some time to jump off the busy treadmill of this crazy life full of responsibilities and obligations, and take some time to just BREATHE. This is essential for your health and well being; and your body, mind and spirit are begging you to listen to your Soul. It’s time to take a little time off.
Ideally, we could take a weekend off and go hiking in the woods, walking on the beach or digging in the garden; reconnecting to the elements through time spent in nature will do us all a world of good. Fresh air in our lungs will clear out the cobwebs, no matter the weather. Feet on the Earth, palms or spine against the trunk of your favourite tree (or any tree for that matter!) Or if you are lucky enough to be somewhere that is blooming spring, enjoying the eye candy popping up with vibrant colours all around you can raise your vibration substantially. Nature is full of beneficial energy for us, it has everything we need in order to realign ourselves. Body, mind and spirit.
Yoga and meditation are also invaluable tools to help us get away from the chaos. Focused deep breathing and mindful body movement are excellent ways to de-stress and reset ourselves. If there is something that you have been worrying about lately, or a challenge that has presented itself, make a deal with yourself to leave it outside your yoga mat! Keep your mat a place of peace and calm; a place where your mind can take a little vacation from the everyday drama that surrounds you. As you commit to do this, you just may find that your perspective shifts, and those problems don’t seem quite so insurmountable anymore! And just as that happens? The Universe will help you solve them in ways you never even imagined possible.
Peacefully do what you love; the joy this brings you will revive your spirit!
