Innocence: “Too often, we carry around the extra baggage of guilt and shame. This card has come to you today because it is time to release these feelings. The Universe sees your innocence and is asking that you begin to see it too.
These long held beliefs are buried within your core and they are interfering with your progression. It is time to release any shame you carry about who you are, or guilt over actions you did or did not do. These old values only lead you to question whether you are good enough, deserving, or worthy. What if I had done more? Been more? What if I had not done that? Why did I say or do that? They make you question if you, as a person, are enough.
But the Universe sees you with the same eyes we see a child with; perfect in every way. As perfect as a child learning through the mistakes they make – only every really wanting love and approval. You need to see your own innocence, no matter what you may have done or when. This is the first step to healing your heart and spirit. It is a necessary step in moving forward and claiming your place in this world.
The Innocence card may also come if it is time to see the innocence in another person. It is important to delve below the surface of any feelings of anger, hurt, or disappointment. Within your heart, allow yourself to see the innocence in the other person’s actions or behaviours. This can bring profound healing and may even help you to see your own innocence.
Spirit is calling you to begin to see your innocence and Divine perfection. This one simple act will allow the seeds of self forgiveness and self love to blossom within.”*

We cannot change the past. However, we must acknowledge that our current reality was created from past choices and decisions and that each moment forward is created by the intentions we set today, now, in this present moment. There is no point in dwelling in regret, shame or guilt, holding on to what was, or fearing what could happen again. Instead we must release the past and know that we hold the brush to paint the future of our dreams. What we create in this moment, right now, with our thoughts, emotions, dreams, focus and intention, will manifest in our future reality.
Forgive your perceived “mistakes” for they are simply lessons. Stop for a moment, rise above the pain and see them for what they are. What did you learn? How can you apply this knowledge to your future without any fear of recreating the same patterns of the past? See your innocent Soul, your pure light and know that it is this light that will now carry you forward on your journey, creating with love.
Know that this love contains strength and courage beyond measure; a pure divine connection. Through this love and light, anything and everything can and will be created.
For the Highest Good Of All, by the Grace of the Universe.
And so it is.
