There is magic in rainbows. Rainbows provide the spectrum of colour therapy for our etheric bodies which are activated and aligned through our chakras. They give us a strong sign; a visual inspiration; a knowing that the Universe is Loving and benevolent, a reminder of the Divine nature of All That Is. Rainbows also contain sound healing; although we may not be able to hear it, the frequency being much higher than what our human bodies are capable of hearing; we can know it and set the intention to connect with the miracle of the Rainbow’s healing song.

We have been experiencing large influxes of Universal Light coming in, in increasing proportions over the last several months. Many believe this phenomena started on December 12, 2012 which seems to be accurate. Over the last couple of months, since the beginning of 2016, it has increased in strength and energy substantially. This means that we have been absorbing and assimilating this Light in every moment of every day and night, and that it has been upgrading our own energy systems in every aspect; body, mind and spirit.

You may have had days when it felt like you were so tired you could hardly move, or days where you were so full of energy that you could take on the world. You may be feeling more emotional than usual and have found that in order to evolve, you have had to make necessary changes in your work, living environment or in the company you keep. Changes in diet are vital at this time too, as our physical bodies need higher quality nutrients, less toxins and lots of pure water to hydrate.

It is extremely important during our time of transformation and ascension that we are gentle with ourselves during the process. We must remember to appreciate the vulnerability of our physical bodies, the sensitivity of our emotions and heed the calling of our deeply connected spiritual Souls. Listen closely to your heart at this time; as it whispers guidance follow it with trust and ask the angels to assist you on your path of Highest Good.
