Aventurine: “The Unlimited Self”

Aventurine In Healing: “Aventurine is a deep green rock from the Quartz family, it contains small pieces of Mica, which allow silver reflections of light to glisten and shimmer within it, and effect known as Aventurescence. Although Aventurine is commonly green, it can also be orange, brown, yellow, blue or grey. The orange variety is also known as Sunstone.

The simple purpose of this stone in healing is summed up in three words, “The Unlimited Self.” This is due to the presence of the Silver, Green and Blue rays that it holds in balance. This collection of coloration initiates feminine Emotional Expression and Action through the heart under the guidance of Spirit, which soothes the emotional body and allows recognition of the unlimited potential held within the self. Aventurine allows one to re-enter the adventure of life and is very much a stone for those that have lost their way or path in the world. Things first though to be unachievable become possible and part of the adventure. It most often appears when buried fears, especially those created in the first seven years of life, have been allowed to steer the ship, in such cases it creates profound realizations and deep permanent healing.

The potent healing and soothing nature of Aventurine solidify its position amongst the most nurturing and gentle of crystals on Earth, often Aventurine is added in Liquid Crystal treatment to make the healing process more nurturing and less aggressive. Its close friends in that department are Blue Lace Agate (Stone of Calm Expression), Red Jasper (Stone of Nurturing), Peridot (The Bringer of Joy) Pink Tourmaline (The Gift Of Love) and Amethyst (Stone of Himility).

In Atlantian times Aventurine was the record keeper crystal for the first seven years of life, it enjoyed a position as the, “keeper of Innocence” and was the first stopping point if unusual illness presented late in life as it often held the cause and thus cure. Aventurine is the sacred stone of Ascended Masters Tut-Moses and Djwhal Khul.

At the physical level, Aventurine has been useful in balancing the Thymus Gland, stimulating the Nervous System, and in the treatment of Psychosomatic Illnesses.”

Aventurine is a stone of abundance, luck, blessings, healing and love. It is plentiful and very affordable and can be found in any metaphysical shop. It is the ideal stone to wear, carry, meditate with or place under your pillow in order to assist you, body, mind and spirit with your current shift.
