Daily Angel Oracle Card: Chrysocolla ~ Self Love, from the New and Revised Crystal Wisdom Healing Oracle, by Judy Hall
“Tranquil and sustaining, Chrysocolla encourages you to remain serene and strong during change or challenge. Dissolving destructive emotional programming, it increases energy assimilation.”
Self-Understanding: “You have infinite capacity for forgiveness. Love yourself: if you cannot accept yourself, you cannot give love or accept the love of others. To heal your emotional black hole, connect to the universal love that is inside of you – it never runs out. You can then give love out to the world and receive it in a never ending flow.”
Divination: “Forgive yourself. Accept with equanimity what you cannot change. Let go of hurt and rectify situations that can be healed. Be magnanimous. Remain impartial and speak your own truth, but recognize when to keep silent. Magical rituals may keep you chained to the past. There may be past life trauma to heal around being a woman.”
Healing Insight: “Bitterness and self-doubt have no place in well-being. It is good to nourish your body with self-love and gentleness.”
Frequency: Earthy
Chakra: Cleanses and activates all chakras
Timing: Taurus, Gemini, Virgo
Soul Path: “Loving and valuing yourself.”*

Because this is one of my all time favourite stones I will also share what Richard Simmons has to say about the magical and healing properties of Chrysocolla:
Chrysocolla: Communication, expression of the sacred, goddess energies, gentleness and power
Chakras: Throat, Heart, Root
Element: Water
Physical: Supports adrenals, thyroid, aids with stress-related illnesses
Emotional: Aides with calming, release of stress and anxiety
Spiritual: Facilitates expression of inner wisdom, linking with the Earth’s awareness
Chrysocolla is closely attuned to the vibrations of the Earth and can facilitate one’s empathic connection with the Earth’s consciousness.
Chrysocolla is a stone of empowerment of the feminine energies, in both women an omen. It is a stone of the Goddess, and those who resonate with it will likely feel her ancient and enduring energies rising within themselves. It stimulates the throat chakra for clear communication of one’s inner wisdom. It can even be an aid to learning what that wisdom actually is. Those who have been surprised by hearing oneself speak a thought more profound than that which one had in mind will understand this. The process of formulating and speaking one’s ideas can reveal one’s innate wisdom. Wearing Chrysocolla, especially near the throat chakra, can facilitate these and other gifts of expression.
Chrysocolla si closely attuned to the vibrations of the Earth and can facilitate one’s empathic connections with the Earth’s consciousness. In addition to activating the throat chakra, it can harmonize and balance the heart chakra and can link both heart and throat chakras with the base chakra, for greater life force and physical vitality.
-The Pocket Book Of Stones, by Robert Simmons
I highly recommend having a piece of Chrysocolla to wear (Ideally right at the throat), carry, meditate with, or place under your pillow. They can be found at any metaphysical shop and should be quite affordable depending on size and quality. Chrysocolla is a valuable ally during these times of transformation and change, and can assist us in opening our heart and throat chakras; speaking our truth and communicating from the Heart could quite literally change the world. (hmm, maybe the presidential candidates should be wearing large chunks around their necks, just a thought!!)

I absolutely loooovvveee this post and crystal. I’ve been trying to find one in the form of a pencil pendant to wear. When I first saw Chrysocolla I fell in love with it along with sodalite. I think they would work great together.
