Our Starseed Warrior stands in front of the Great Pyramid of Giza, which has withstood the winds of time for thousands upon thousands of years. He is wounded but still strong, and his flames surround him, just as an army stand behind its general. He is clearly a figure of the undefeatable force of conviction, standing for his truth and the right to express it.

Standing strong in the light of his conviction, he represents our own commitment to a cause and our courage to stand for it. This particular key is one with which the Starseed warrior must contend – for we are here to stand for this great Earth and our belief in her sovereignty, no matter what we will come up against. Like the major arcana key, Reflection, this key asks the querent to consider and reflect upon all that has taken the querent to this point until now.

Are you prepared to stand tall for what you believe in – no mater what is thrown at you? Are you a symbol of truth and valor to others? Can you rally the troops in support of your ideas and goals? Are you fearless in the light of obstruction and opposition? Do you really know your strength?”*

Again we are reminded of our great power to change our current reality. We are spiritual warriors, and we have many causes to tend to. Yet we can become stretched too thin if we try to take them all up at once. Our energies can become scattered and we will have trouble finishing even one of our tasks. It is sensible to choose one cause and see it through to the end.

This is the perfect time of year to give back; rather than just mindlessly give. Step back from consumerism and look at what gifts you truly have to offer the world. Who needs your help? Who needs your time? Have you carved out a little time to yourself to recover from all the energies of 2016 and start to set your intentions for the next year?

Our warrior is looking a little beaten up, particularly around the head… his third eye is covered up and he has been wounded. What hurts did you suffer this year? Did you have trouble listening to your intuition and end up regretting it later? And how are you working on healing them in a mindful and healthy way? Work on your healing and intend that when you remove the proverbial bandage, your third eye will be more powerful than ever. Never again will you turn away from your own truth.

2016 is our year of completion. It is time to wrap up the loose ends. It is time to let go of old ways of doing things, seeing things and believing things. Our limitations are being lifted, barriers smashed. Yes it has been a challenging year, but now you have the chance to finish it differently than is your typical way. How would that look?

See, it all ties in together. We are powerful. The world needs us. Things much change in order to move forward. Release the old. Embrace the new. Give of your gifts instead of the material. Be the warrior, yet allow yourself to heal and move forward fearlessly, flames of passion in hand.
