Daily Angel Oracle Card: Six of Anthames, from the Green Witch Tarot, by Ann Moura, artwork by Kiri Ostergaard Leonard
Six of Anthames: “The card shows steady progress is being made and a difficult time is passing. The person is moving toward smoother waters, leaving worries and upsets behind. There is a sense of peace of mind and tranquility, yet there could be a feeling of sadness that things did not work out as originally anticipated. This may be especially true if a physical move or change of employment is indicated in the reading. This card can also represent a journey with positive results for alleviating current problems, worries, or dangers. Because the change may be imposed due to circumstances beyond one’s control, there may be a sense of loss, of having to leave something behind. Nevertheless, this is a positive and ultimately soothing transition, whether physical, material, c=emotional, or intellectual. Things will improve, and soon there will be a feeling of relief and hope for a better future. Conflicts are being left behind and one is moving to calmer waters. Victory over adversity is handled with dignity, ad may stem from having made a decision with calm consideration. A difficult time is passing and troubles are being left behind. There is a much needed break from troubles, and time alone or with close family or friends to sort things out and make plans for future goals. This is also a card of vacations and travels, possibly overseas.
Mustard, for travel, money protection and strength, grows on the riverbank. The horse, a symbol of travel, cooperation, power, and renewal, stands beside the traveler.
Meaning of Six of Anthames Card: “Steady progress, improvement, overcoming difficulties, sorting things out, troubles left behind, a tranquil journey, success after worries and anxieties, new opportunities, sacrifices bringing success.”
Six of Anthames as Challenger: “Turmoil, displacement, delays, unable to get away from you problems, need to handle a turbulent situation.”
Prompt Words: “Steady progress, leaving your troubles behind.”*

There is definitely a feeling in the image of this card of crossing over the waters and coming into greener pastures. Water symbolizes feelings and emotional states of mind; when we cross the waters, we have moved through the emotions and can see clearly. The shore ahead is well within reach; we can be confident that joy awaits us, as does a new found confidence symbolized by the yellow colour of the flowers. The look of the shore behind us is wintery and sparse; uninviting, the grass is dry and the tree has lost its leaves. The new shore we are coming to is lush with greenery and flowers, which tells us also that abundance and prosperity is available to us in the very near future. These are all very auspicious signs!
The journey is over, and we are ready to start something new. Notice that the traveler looks ahead, and not behind him. The past is gone and we are looking ahead at what is in store for us. He is also traveling with only himself and his horse. This is not an adventure so much of material gain, as one of the Soul; the tools you require on this journey are all within you, not outside of you. The horse is a symbol of change, freedom, strength, joy and power. The hand of the traveler on the back of the horse is a sign that he is well connected to all of these aspects of himself.
Take this message as a sign that you are on the right path; that your journey is about to get a little wilder, a little more spirited and way more exciting; yet there will be confidence, capability, abundance and prosperity. So basically, all of the bases are covered.
Step into the energy of the eclipse and the new moon tomorrow with grace and ease as you start a brand new magical chapter of your life.
And so it is
Namaste
