Is your spiritual life putting pressure on you lately? All this trying to think positively and raising your vibration, yet you still have bad days, and feel fear, and try not to judge and try your best to be accepting and loving? Yup, you are still human. Phew!

Take a few deep breaths and give yourself a break. The fact is, you are working on yourself, and while you may not have reached enlightened perfection and mastered hovering while in lotus posture, you are still doing amazing things! You have raised your vibration. You have opened your heart. You have activated  your  chakras. You are an amazing work in progress. Accept that. Breathe it in. Give yourself a pat on the back. Well done! You, my friend, are waking up and you are exactly where you need to be, right here, right now. How does that feel?

Give yourself a little break from it all today. Your only job is to smile and give out as many hugs as you can. No asking for advice, it’s all inside you. Instead, be someone else’s sounding board, be there for someone else who needs to know that they, also are on the right path. Take a sea salt bath. Play with your crystals. Go for an energy healing session. Do some yoga. Go for a walk. Get outside and breath some fresh air. Feel the sunshine on your face.
