As the eclipse energies start to flow we are asked to take the next couple of days to release all that no longer serves us. This is a very common theme for us these days, I feel like it is something that I am writing about very regularly. But alas, we humans get stuck very easily! We don’t like to give up our comfort zones, even if they are holding us back from our true magnificence!
If you have a Blue Kyanite, now is the time to work with it. You can find them at almost all metaphysical or rock hound shops for a reasonable price so it may be something worth picking up if you have the means. Blue Kyanite will assist us in the process of gently releasing, particularly in the Throat Chakra. Is there anything that needs to be said in order for you to move forward? What have you held back in the past that has turned into a blockage of energy in this area? It is time to speak your truth.
