About Lord Shiva: “Shiva is one of India’s trinity of male god figures. He is depicted wearing a cobra around his neck, representing his capacity to take fear or the ego, surrounded by stars, showing his connection to the cosmos, and holding a trident, acknowledging the three aspects of divine masculine power in India: creator, preserver and destroyer. He is known as ‘the destroyer’ because of his warrior-like energy and ability to destroy fear. He is a facet of the divine father energy and offers paternal protection, support and guidance. He is also acknowledged as ‘the cosmic dancer’ because he helps coordinate the interaction between Earth and the cosmos. He has the capacity to help us move beyond the fear of failure and into clarity and connection.”

Perfect synchronicity here, and a reminder of the importance of the sacred sound of OM. Yesterday we were assisted by Lord Ganesha, today Lord Shiva joins us to lend a powerful hand. Again we are reminded to leave fear behind, leave limitations and become the creators of our own reality. This is all part of our true awakening.

What do you wish to create, from your heart center? That is where our most powerful manifestation capability lies. It is not in our minds as we are lead to believe; where we analyze and ponder all of our options, talking ourselves into and then out of pursuing our dreams. Instead it is through our deepest feelings, particularly when we create from the heart.

Love can create a new reality for you, particularly when you combine it with faith, trust and gratitude. When you decide you want to do what it takes to heal. When you can release the fear and doubt and move forward in a brand new way. It is possible, despite the news, despite the violence and the chaos. When we turn away from that and commit to creating something new we can finally move away from all of that which is so obviously not working.

It takes courage to do things differently. It takes commitment to not get sucked into the old fear. It takes strength of character to move past what has hurt you and focus instead on creating something brand new. Do all that. And see where it gets you.
