You are perfect just as you are. Remember that you are unique and you have special gifts to share with the world. That is why you came here, to assist our amazing planet and all of her creatures. To be a part of All That Is. To shine your unique and beautiful light. To assist in the healing, the ascension, the transformation and the re-creation. We need you here. Present. Grounded. Centered.

It is time to wake up to who you truly are and all you  have to offer. And it is not what you may think. This is not about societies’ standards for physical beauty. And it is not about comparing yourself to others. It is not about your hair, or your weight or whether you are wearing the latest fashions. It is about that precious light that shines out from your eyes and from your heart. It is about authenticity; presenting the real you to the world, not the edited and compromised version. It is about taking off the masks we are so good at donning and refusing the roles we are so good at playing. No more of that. Only truth.

Lead with feeling. Teach by example. Slow down and listen carefully. Open up and receive what is yours and let the rest go. Know that you are on the right track, you are exactly where you should be. And you are absolutely amazing just as you are.
