When things get really crazy, I head to the forest and stay there until I feel clear. I walk slowly. I look at the trees, each one with a subtly different energy. I breathe deeply. I look up at the sky and down at my feet and all around me. I stop and close my eyes and listen to the birds. I get up as high as I can and see things from a different perspective, up above the tree tops. As close to being a bird as I will be, in this lifetime anyways. Rain or snow or sunshine, it brings me back to myself again. Grounded, capable of dealing with whatever is coming my way.

Prehnite embodies this energy; it can give you this vibration when you can’t step out of your reality and into the forest. It’s not a complete cure as it also needs to be cleared and one of the best ways to do this is to give it a little time by a big tree, touching the soil. Transmuting energy. However, Prehnite is a valuable ally when we are feeling out of the ‘flow’ and need some assistance to get back in it.

Prehnite helps you get back into your heart center and out of the fearful mind. It gently guides us to trust in the process, the journey we are on and see the lessons. It reconnects us where we have avoided pain, particularly in matters of the heart. Healing the heart allows us to go deeper, with ourselves, and with others. It allows us to be able to receive again and to invite more love into our lives.

And that is what we all need, more love.
