Meaning: “The Nine Of Earth represents altruism, charity and generosity.

Have you suddenly found that your life is full of harmony? You are creative and happy at this time. Abundance and true wealth surround you. Material possessions are less important than they once were, yet you want for nothing, and have no need or desire for more. Instead, you choose to serve a higher purpose and give to others who have less.

To help others in need, or to support a worthy charitable cause, is the act of a generous and caring spirit, but who is worthy? Who is deserving? Do you give without bias or expectation? Do you give equally to all in need? Or is your generosity conditional? What is it that you seek to gain from the act of giving? These are also questions the Nine Of Earth asks you to consider.

An act of charity born from compassion can be transforming. To know that you have played a role in helping others can inspire a sense of deep satisfaction and well-being. It can be healing, not only for those who are helped, but for those who help. However, in some it can also give rise to a sense of entitlement and self-importance. It can inspire a belief that acknowledgment and praise should be given.

Altruism is the selfless act of giving. To give without expectation of reward. To give simply because you can, and choose to, and nothing more.

The Nine Of Earth signifies that is might be time to go through your cupboards and remove all that you no longer need and do not use. Give to local charitable organizations that work to help those in need within your community.

And if  you have any skeletons in those cupboards, it might also be wise to deal with them too.”

Potential Blockage: “There is a lot of truth to the old adage that ‘Charity begins at home,’ yet so many people are willing to give to their families, or a complete stranger, a level of care and attention that they are unwilling to give themselves.

The Nine Of Earth as challenger asks, ‘Do you speak kingly of yourself, or are you constantly criticizing what you perceive to be your flaws and weaknesses? Will you generously knit another person a sweater, while you stand there shivering because you have not taken the time to knit one for yourself? Do you have a habit of giving your time to everyone else and leaving none for yourself?

Remember, if you do not look after yourself and treat yourself with the same compassion and consideration that you afford others, this neglect may very well take a physical toll – and how will you be able to look after others if your health has failed you? If you are feeling under the weather, take the time to rest and heal. Address your health concerns, even the minor ones.

The shadow of the Nine Of Earth symbolizes a need to be charitable and kind to yourself so that you can, in turn, be kind and charitable to others.”*

Today is 1~11, a powerful day of manifestation. Anything you set your energy to, you can manifest and today your powers are amplified. Focus on the feelings that you wish to create for the Highest Good Of All…you, your loved ones, humanity, the animal kingdom, the planet Herself. Aim high, go big. Help to create something new.

The serpent represents healing; the butterfly transformation; the acorn opportunity and the cup possibility, prosperity and abundance. The third eye is wide open; intuition, trust in self and the ability to discern; to really see what is going on behind the mask.

What are your greatest gifts, skills and talents in this lifetime? How can you share these, and be of service to others? Where do your passions meet your capability and how can you share in a way that creates ripples of joy out from you and through to others who need what you have to offer?

We are being called to service and the call is urgent. Step up to the challenge with open heart and open mind. We are asked to leave our agenda behind and work from a place of deep knowing and surrender. To give without expectation of return, also knowing that we are always creating wheels of opportunity and that the Universe will always provide. There is no need to let anyone know what you are up to. There is no need to give in a flashy or public kind of way. Just a genuine, behind the scenes approach, knowing that you may be the only one privy to the information of what you have done to assist someone in need, the animal world or the planet herself.

This could mean donating to a charity of your choice, or it could mean decluttering your home and donating to a transition house or homeless shelter. Maybe it means volunteering at a seniors home or spending more time at your child’s school. Maybe there is a family in need right now or someone who could use a little boost of confidence. Or maybe you can just lend an ear to someone who is feeling isolated and alone. You could do a beach cleanup, organize a trip to assist with animals or donate to a charity who assists in the preservation of the planet.

And the flip side of it all is, if you are the one in need, then you do it anyway. Help and be helped. Create the circle with faith and trust. Get out of victim mode and into allowing yourself to receive. By helping others, you shift your vibration and open  yourself up to something new.

And so is begins, this new chapter of your life.
