Boundaries: “Chase your dreams. Opportunities are endless.”

“Throughout our lives, we sometimes feel our movements are restricted. Whether it is our career, finances, relationship, travel or living arrangements, we need to grow as individuals. But we can only do that by breaking old molds and creating new experiences. There is so much potential within you, but you must be willing to be bold and brave.

Breaking barriers is only possible when you overcome your anxiety about moving past physical and emotional boundaries. While it may be comfortable and less risky to stay where you are, you have more opportunities on the other side of the wall. Having the confidence to step forward onto a new path might be a frightening or an exhilarating prospect. Have faith! For moral support, discuss these avenues and your emotions with close friends and family before making any decisions.

Right now, your soul is asking you to break away from traditional thinking, and to step outside the box to find solutions to the issues you are facing. The universe is encouraging your growth right now by giving you gentle nudges to explore new ideas.

Healthy emotional and physical boundaries are encouraged now. Establish your personal power by creating new boundaries to balance the give and take in relationships and personal connections.

New opportunities will arise, when you are ready to take that step forward. Take advantage of the opportunities when they come. You have the momentum to push forward with success now if you choose to do so.”

We are being asked to assess what boundaries have been in place that have been stopping us from reaching for our dreams. Boundaries can be a good thing; they can establish personal space and protect our energies, and these should always be in place and be respected. But boundaries can also create challenges and perceived limitations. We are talking about the latter here.

We are talking about a shift in perspective that allows us to see things from a different angle altogether. Like the Hanged Man card, sometimes we need to turn things right upside down in order to see a whole new way of being in the world. Note the image on the card. The man and the woman are able to come up with a solution to climb the wall; a simple ladder… and most importantly, the courage to go through with the plan. They are leaving their simple life for something more magical; the bright light of the castle beckons.

Why keep your dreams small? Why keep yourself small? Why not aim higher? Why not break out of the mold and leave your comfort zone to make your dreams a reality?
