Do not fall into any old patterns of giving your power away. When you let others define you or make decisions on your behalf, you take yourself out of the picture of your won destiny creation. Meditate on the brilliant, vibrating light of this angel and recall the eternal power that surges through your life. It is time to take back control!

The angel on this card signifies Archangel Ariel to me, exactly as I would picture her. She is beautiful and confident and looks as though she could take on any problem or challenge fearlessly with dignity and courage. She is the Angel I call on when I am feeling scared or nervous; when I feel that the mountain in front of me is just too hard to climb by myself. And when I call her, she is always there. Her lion is her familiar, and Archangel Ariel is almost always represented with her companion lion by her side, and sometimes other power animals, such as the tiger or wolf. Archangel Ariel is showing us that the innate beauty and strength of mother nature can be harnessed within ourselves to assist us in gathering our own courage. The energy of the power animal is seen as an ally, not as a symbol of fear. It is a calling to our own inner lion or lioness to step forward and take command of the situation fearlessly. We have what it takes and we have Ariel to assist us.

What are you afraid of? What is holding you back? What seems insurmountable to you at this very moment… and what have you given yourself permission to “wait” for until you start your life. Is it possible that you hang on for security, and that you fear success just as much as failure? Either one would catapult you into the unknown. You are much more powerful than you give yourself credit for. What exactly are you waiting for? Ask Archangel Ariel to assist you in clearing all your old, outmoded doubts and fears; particularly those that center around fear of taking charge, lack of self belief, and feelings of low self worth or self esteem issues… even the ones you have buried so deeply you aren’t even sure where you put them. Ask her to wipe the slate clean with you so that you can start again.

It’s time, you have everything you need. Change is on the horizon, and it’s a good thing.
