Vibration: “It is normal for your energy to fluctuate throughout the course of a day. When you are in the process of healing, it is easy to fall into a period of low energy. Your energy naturally lowers to assist your body or mind with healing. However, this comes with challenges and it is easy to start feeling depressed. This card is prompting you to raise your vibration. Raising your energy, even a little, will assist your healing process.
Elevating your vibration can provide you with a direct link to your guides and higher self. The shift in vibration may help you receive guidance on your healing. Build up and utilize the relationship with your higher self. You will find your conscious mind can recognize and apply the information your higher self receives. As you continue to raise your vibration, you will find you have a better grasp on everything.
A magical fairy travels on the back of a bat, encouraging trust in psychic gifts and faith in one’s abilities. Bats are very sensitive to vibrations. As you raise your vibration, you will build confidence in your instincts. The fairy and the bat are accompanied by moths. Like the bat, moths are nocturnal. A moth usually shows up in your life when you are hiding. This may suggest you have not been facing up to something. You are hiding out and it is time for you to get back into living. Find something that can motivate you. Fill your heart and mind with light and feel your energy shift to a better place.”*

It’s really important that every day we incorporate joy into our lives. We can’t wait until everything is perfect; that may never quite happen. We cannot wait for someone else to show up and bring our happiness to us. We can’t hinge it on our weight, or our partner, or our children or our work. It must come from within. And sometimes it takes a little effort, the mindfulness and determination to make it happen.
What brings you joy? Do you take time to acknowledge the little things that make you happy? Do you take a few minutes in the morning, before you even get out of bed, to center yourself, set an intention for the day, and focus on the positive? It makes a huge difference. Do you commit to gratitude? Sending thanks out to all the good things in your life? Also makes a big difference. If things are not going your way, do you let it spiral you into a vortex of negative energy, complaining to anyone who will listen and expecting more of the worst? Or do you find a way to take it in stride and know that things are going to get better?

Raising your vibration is a choice. It is a decision you make and stick to. And it is possible for all of us, at any time. Even when you think it isn’t; even when you are angry, frustrated, grief stricken, depressed or anxious. It takes effort, but it is possible. Ask you angels for help and know that you are loved and supported. Take a few deep breaths and smile. Give yourself a big hug and keep your chin up.
