Selenite vibrates with the Moon, so it is natural that it is coming to assist us now in the new moon. It’s been a crazy couple of months astrologically speaking and I believe we are still integrating all this new cosmic energy that came through with the eclipse season. Selenite will help to quicken this process, allowing our lightbodies to align with the new higher vibrational energies. This helps to heal and activate our physical bodies and align us, body, mind and spirit.
As we shift and resonate at a higher frequency, we may find that our own energies feel different, higher, lighter and more expansive. This can show itself as a challenge as we get used to the new energy; we may feel oppressed by people or situations that we used to be able to tolerate! Old energies, particularly negative or draining people or situations may now feel stifling and unbearable now as the truth comes to light. When we ascend our energy a little faster than the people or situations around us, it can create a lot of discomfort when the vibrations don’t match up anymore. Or it may bring us to the realization that maybe they never really did. We feel suffocated where we were once tolerant; we feel like we are drowning in the drama and the material when we just want peace and joy. Often this type of shift will force us to make necessary changes. It will also ask us to stand in our light and assist from a higher vibrational level. You may not be able to change a person, but you can certainly bring more love and light to any situation and hold space for them to discover the higher road themselves. Even if it is from a safe distance!
Be gentle with yourself as your body, mind and spirit adjust to all the new energies. When possible, step back from stressful situations and energy draining people. Get outside as much as possible. Breathe deeply. Seek silence and contemplation. Listen to Solfeggio music. Talk to your angels and guides. Listen to your animal spirit guides. Watch for signs and synchronicities. Trust in the process. Tuck a piece of selenite in your pocket to clear and cleanse the energy and attract more light to any situation.
