Three Of Fire, from the Dreams Of Gaia Oracle Card deck, by Ravynne Phelan

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Three Of Fire, from the Dreams Of Gaia Oracle Card deck, by Ravynne Phelan

Three Of Fire: “Action, Implementation, Exploration, Expression, Energy, Hard Work, Sacrifice, Imitation”

Key Phrases: “Necessary sacrifice. Experiment, practice, and refine. Avoid copying those who inspire. Step out into the great unknown and trust. Put your objectives first. Avoid cutting corners. Pay attention to details. Have you lost your direction?”

Card Meaning: “Do you have an idea or creative venture that you would like to implement? The Three Of Fire represents the necessary sacrifice that may be required when we act on our goals and objectives. When we first begin to act, we often find ourselves exploring the paths walked by those who came before us, in order to discover and determine the best way to implement our ideas. However, that same exploration can inspire new ideas that break with tradition, because something old has been re-imagined and expressed by a mind with a unique perspective to make it relevant in the present.

To implement those new ideas requires sacrifice, commitment, and dedication. It means stepping away from what is tried and trusted, safe and secure, and stepping out into the unknown with an almost blind faith and commitment. It means putting the objective first, and turning away from everything that distracts, or might prevent it from being achieved. It means working hard, and not cutting corners in order to speed up the process.

It means knowing that what you create will only equal what you have invested- and what you are willing to invest.

The Three Of Fire lets you know that now is also a good time to explore and experiment on a practical level. Use your hands and mind to practice, hone and refine your skills or abilities so that what you create and do will always be something crafted to the best of your abilities and be a true reflection of your passion and dedication. Remember also, to avoid copying another’s idea, because this is the time to be innovative. Create using your experience and imagination to inspire you, instead of the vision and ideas of another.”

Potential Blockage: “When the Three Of Fire appears as challenger, it represents a need to look closely at what you are doing. Watch where you are going. Do not allow yourself to fall, or trip, or become lost, because you are not paying attention. Remember your objectives and goals. Do not lose sight of them.

Is there something you might be missing because you have not paid close enough attention? Are you cutting corners that may ultimately cost you more than they have saved you because they might destroy a good reputation? Think back to your original plans and what you hoped to achieve. Are you living true to your vision? Or have you lost your way? take a moment to pause and get your bearings so you can move forward with confidence.”*

 ~ By Ravynne Phelan

Trust in your creative process… know that you are a well of ideas and information, and that you can trust what comes to you. It is ok to be inspired by others work, but add your own unique flair in order to be truly successful. When you use your own original ideas, you create something brand new, even if it is based on ideas that have been done before. You are capable of creating something that reflects your own heart and soul, and people will love and respect you for it.

Listen to your creative process right now, as there is something important trying to come out. We may spend too much time comparing ourselves to others, and lose confidence by doing so. Now is the time to turn inwards, and let the creative juices flow. Pay attention to your dreams, they have special information for you at this time. Watch for signs and signals which lead you in new directions, as this will open doors and create new opportunities.

Anything is possible when you put your mind to it… add your heart and Soul and magic is inevitable. Do not hold back!

Knight Of Wands

Knight Of Wands, from the Tarot Of The Hidden Realm, by Julia Jeffrey and Barbara Moore

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Knight Of Wands, from the Tarot Of The Hidden Realm, by Julia Jeffrey and Barbara Moore

Knight Of Wands: “This is the still moment before action. Hidden in the underbrush, this hunter is all but invisible. The angels of his body and the richness of his colouring camouflage him from all but the keenest of eyes. Holding still is the most difficult thing for him to do. A closer look reveals that his every cell is in motion, vibrating with energy so fast that he seems motionless. Humans would assume that, behind intently focused eyes, his mind is moving through thousands of possibilities, assessing and predicting what will happen next, but they would be wrong.

Inspired by primal instinct or perhaps divinely guided intuition, he changes from observer to hunter. In one swift, elegant gesture, an arrow flies through the air, hits its mark, and changes life to death. There is not even time for one last breath. What happens after, the giving of thanks and ritual ceremony of a departed noble soul, takes longer. Hunting, after all, is a complicated dance between prey and predator, between life and death. Sometimes the tempo is fast, and other times, slow and reverent.”

Divinatory Meaning Of This Card: “This Knight is motivated by two things: passion and energy. He likes to act quickly and is able to do so because he his certain of his decisions. This confidence is admirable and made all the stronger because he lives very much in the moment. Without worrying about what has happened or what might happen, he seems to have a disregard for consequences. But he decides based on what feels right in his heart in that moment. He cannot change that by imagining some unpleasant consequences. To change action based on the future is, to him, cowardice. Whatever is right must be done, and it best be done quickly.”*

~ By Julia Jeffrey and Barbara Moore

This is a message of faith in action… it is about moving forward fearlessly, following your heart and using your instinct and intuition to do so. These are powerful tools, and they are much more accurate than relying on our ego driven minds. We humans love to weigh our options, count the “pros and cons” and try to use past experience to project the future outcome. We love to entertain thoughts of worst case scenarios. But right now, that mindset will do nothing but set us back; we will miss our opportunity while we ponder. Why sit on the fence for way too long, wasting precious time?

This is a time for precise action –  think Katniss Everdeen and her bow and arrow. When you are using a bow and arrow, you don’t stand there for hours holding the arrow at the ready, debating whether to fire; you find your mark and loose it, knowing that you can trust your aim. You rely on your instincts to show you the most direct path and you follow it.

Get out of your head and into your heart. Yes things are looking grave out there right now, but we are more powerful than ever. Use your power wisely, do not give in to the dark forces that are trying to hold us down through illusions of fear and hatred. Make a difference in each moment. Meet hate with love. Meet fear with love. Meet everyone and everything with love. Wield it like a powerful sword and defeat the darkness with the absolute conviction that Light is much more powerful.

Because it is.

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Empowerment, from the Whispers Of Lord Ganesha Oracle Card deck, by Angela Hartfield, artwork by Ekaterina Golovanova

Empowerment: “Rely on your inner strength to ensure your dreams are realized”

“The blessing of Ganesha is sensing your personal power, being confident, responsible and reliable. The energy from this card is a feeling of optimism and positive energy. Dreams and long term goals are becoming a reality. If you have been lethargic or unmotivated, take time to tune into your personal power.

Yellow is associated with the solar plexus chakra, which is the third chakra. This chakra is considered to be at the core of your being, your power center. Here is the home of your self-esteem, your willpower, self-discipline, and your personality. Ganesha is showing you that there is an important purpose for you in this lifetime on Earth. You are awakening to your personal power and the memory f yourself as a soul. Your healing will be complete when you see the light of your soul and know that light is who  you truly are.

Every time you criticize yourself, you weaken your resolve. Loving and accepting yourself, and acknowledging your value are the foundation of a balanced solar plexus. When the solar plexus chakra is in balance, you are confident and empowered with a healthy level of self-esteem. You have respect for yourself as well as respect for others. You have a strong sense of self and your personal power and you use it responsibly.

Be confident in your talents. Love yourself. Be willing to powerfully express yourself. Choose to be direct with your desires at this time. If you are asking about a decision, all indications are that the time to act is now.”*

~ By Angela Hartfield

When we find our true inner power, it will set us free. When we no longer feel the need to control or dominate others. When we feel that we are completely equal to all other forms of life on this planet and beyond. When we see our own true divinity within ourselves, and know that we are absolutely worthy. When we meet others and there is only Love, only receptivity. This is when we know that finally we are empowered.

We are sovereign beings, each and every one of us. Yet we have been told by society that we are not. We are told that we must obey, we must live by the rules that have been given to us by those in ‘higher’ positions. All illusion of course. As we learn to take our power back, we realize that power is not at all what we had once perceived it to be. Power is not being a bully, it is not being stronger physically, or abusive mentally. Power is not something to be wielded but something to be centered in; balanced.

We are reaching a tipping point, and the shift is going to be huge. The biggest landslide you can imagine. The power is going back to the peaceful warriors.

And with it, standing together, we will rule the world.

You haven’t seen nothing yet!

Ace Of Fire

Ace Of Fire, from the Dreams Of Gaia Oracle Card deck, by Ravynne Phelan

Ace Of Fire, from the Dreams Of Gaia Oracle Card deck, by Ravynne Phelan

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Ace Of Fire, from the Dreams Of Gaia Oracle Card deck, by Ravynne Phelan

Ace Of Fire: “New Beginnings, Initiative, Action, Conception, Invention, Creation, Creativity, Procrastination”

Key Phrases: “New Beginnings, Opportunities; Actively pursuing your goals; Take advantage of what’s being offered; Move beyond research and planning; Weave your future into being; Take something old and make it better; Break with tradition and offer something new; Uncertainty inspires procrastination”

Card Meaning: “Like all of the Ace cards, the Ace Of Fire represents the promise of new beginnings and opportunities, but unlike the other Aces, this card also represents action. It represents the power for, and the necessity of, taking the initiative and actively pursuing our goals. It is about taking advantage of the opportunities we are presented with, as opposed to thinking about it. It is good to have a goal, to dream, and to make plans – but the Ace Of Fire lets us know that now is the time to move beyond research and planning. It is time to take the first real steps toward getting things underway.

It is time to follow through on inspiration and create. It is time to weave your future into being, time for you to begin your active participation.

The Ace Of Fire also symbolizes inventiveness. Take an old idea and make it better, or create something new and unique. Whatever you seek to do, you can now make it your own and imbue it with your unique perspective and imagination. Now, rather than following tradition, do something in a way that offers a new approach.

You are surrounded by so much potential at this moment. The Ace Of Fire represents passion and excitement. It is a time full of energy and life. Take advantage of this moment and the power it brings.”

Potential Blockage: “As Challenger, Ace Of Fire represents uncertainly. You are not sure of what you want, and so you may procrastinate and do everything but what you know you should be doing. To help you past this blockage, the Ace asks that you look within, and clarity your objectives. Do you have too much on your plate already? Do those responsibilities prevent you from focussing on your objectives and the steps you need to take in order to have them manifest?

It is time to decide what it is that you truly want so you can act. Know that you can do what needs to be done in order to accomplish your goals.”*

~ By Ravynne Phelan

This message is pretty clear: Decide what you want and take action steps to bring it into your reality. Period.

Easy right?

Except that many of us actually don’t know exactly what we want and we get all caught up in the tangible, physical and material reality of it all…

Like maybe we think we have to manifest a certain vehicle, house, soul mate or body. Maybe we think that will never happen or could never happen to us, so we waffle back and forth, editing our dreams down to something smaller; whatever we perceive as more attainable. Maybe we use others to measure ourselves against and we look to them and want what they have and convince ourselves that is what we should have, not realizing that we need to custom create it for ourselves. What is theirs is theirs, and what is ours will be ours.

So what if we decided to manifest feelings and states of Being instead of people and stuff? What if we set our intention only on creating: Joy, Peace, Love, Abundance, Health, Wealth, Prosperity and Security. Would that take some of the confusion out of it? Would that take the pressure off? What if we asked the Universe to co-create with us, to open doors for us, to guide us in the right direction. What if we added that it be for the Highest Good of All, and that it would benefit the planet in some way as well? Now we are talking!

In turn we take action. We get out there and BE what we are creating, that is our end of the deal. We get out there and BE happy, BE peaceful, BE joyful, BE loving, BE healthy, Be the healing Light, BE wise with our financial decisions until we create opportunity for wealth and prosperity. All the while trusting. All the while having Faith in ourselves and in the Universe to provide.

Working on our sense of self-love and self-worth instead of chasing someone elusive to give us the feelings we desire. Taking up the healthy lifestyle as no one is going to do it for us. Taking charge of our emotions and going from reactive and overwhelmed to peaceful, calm and balanced. Yes it is possible… if you decide it is of course. This is the action we must take, the action that niggles at us every day. The stuff we know darn well we should do and underestimate what a difference it would make if we actually just DID IT!

And since the planets are all in alignment til February 6th, we are going to get extra bang for our efforts…. And since this is a #1 year in numerology and whatever we create this year will start a new 9 year cycle, there is absolutely no way we can procrastinate on this or not get things moving in the right direction. And to top it off, it’s the full moon. This is it. The time is NOW.

You are in complete control, absolutely responsible for what this cycle looks like, why not make it mindblowingly awesome???

Get out there and be the best version of yourself… YOU.10  and see what that brings you. That is Magic. That is action towards miraculous change.

And so it is

Thor

Thor, from the Gods and Titans Oracle Card deck, by Stacey Demarco, artwork by Jimmy Manton

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Thor, from the Gods and Titans Oracle Card deck, by Stacey Demarco, artwork by Jimmy Manton

Thor: “Action”

“The time has now passed for waiting and inertia. Real action is necessary. Trust that you are protected and supported while you move forward.”

“Most people have heard of or are familiar with the Norse god Thor and his mighty hammer. Highlighted against a stormy sky, thunder crashing from his hammer, wearing a horned Viking helmet over his flowing locks, Thor is the epitome of masculine vigor and force.

The god Thor was born of the earth goddess Jord and the supreme father god Odin, and is considered the strongest of all the Norse immortals, the Aesir. His mythology contains many stories of his exploits and his bravery, including battles with great serpents. A protector of humans, loved for his creative powers, he is nevertheless known for his hot blooded temper.

Thor captains a chariot pulled by two savage, giant goats that galloped noisily across the sky, causing the sound of thunder. Thor’s hammer, Mjollnir, famous for its lethal power, became the symbol of defiance worn by those loyal to the old ways when Christianity began its spread across Scandinavia.

We can call upon Thor when we need some real action. He is a brilliant rut buster, someone who will forcefully make action happen! If we feel inertia, tiredness, or frustration that things are not happening how we want, call upon Thor and his mighty hammer to smash a way through. Getting caught in a cycle of negative thought or behavior often needs forceful action, as we get comfortable with our lives, even when they are unhealthy. Thor is protective of his own, so we can feel safe knowing that his might will shield us as we move forward into the unknown.

Thor is also a poet, not just an action man, so you can take a more sensitive rout, even if you are the masculine type. Follow Thor’s lead and be the best of both worlds!”

Shadow Side: “Sometimes, taking forceful action is not the most prudent path. Thor himself found this route did not always guarantee the best outcome. Coming into a sensitive situation ready for a fight – or even just a negative reaction – may end badly for all. Ask questions and be aware o when a situation needs a gentler approach and when force is actually a good instrument.

The male energy tends to be one of action, but too much action can also deplete one’s energy and vitality. Action must be balanced with rest and rejuvenation.”*

~By Stacey Demarce

Notice that this card is about strength, power and action, but it also contains a note of balance and mindfulness. Yes, we have access to the Divine Masculine principle of creative action; breaking through obstacles, out of ruts and stagnancy. It is also a breaking out of thought forms; those limiting belief systems that have been holding us back.

It is not, however, brash aggression or blundering forward mindlessly. It is not storming over others to get what we want. These are old ways. The energy we are calling upon now is balanced – the warrior and the poet. This gives us access to the forces of creative action, powerful forward momentum and manifestation. It requires laser focus, steadfast intention and a good dose of imagination. Take a moment to feel into this energy, poetry in motion.

And after all, who couldn’t use a little Thor in their lives!

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Yang, from the Wisdom Of The Oracle Card deck, by Colette Baron-Reid, artwork by Jena DellaGrottaglia

Essential Card Meaning: “The masculine principle of movement and creative activity; the power to make things happen; taking action.”

The Oracle’s Message: “Yang represents the power of action, the energies that propel the world forward, and manifesting thought and desire into concrete form. Now is the perfect time to act, for you can easily build momentum and make headway. What you want will come to fruition if you proceed confidently. This card signifies new life and is a sure sign that obstacles have been overcome. There is no reason to hesitate. You are the shaper of your destiny now.”

Relationship Message: “Circumstances are supporting action on your part. It is ok to make the first move. Trust that you will quickly know where you stand. In matters of the heart, there is movement toward your highest good, so go forth with assurance. Passion is in the air, and now is the time to dance to the tune of love. Take the lead.”

Prosperity Message: “Projects, partnerships, and all matters relating to your business are out of the obstacle phase and on to the ‘make it happen’ phase! Now is the time to stake your claim and get things done. While you can expect to be busier than usual, this card tells you that you have all the energy and vitality you need to accomplish your goals. Abundance is waiting for you to claim it.”

Protection Message: “Be mindful of the tendency toward impulsive action, overconfidence, and aggressive behaviour. Think before you act, lest you find yourself in a situation that will lead to uncomfortable consequences. Be sure you really want what you are chasing after, because you might be sorry when you get it. The appearance of this card is not cause for fear, for life is all about learning lessons. Practice temperance, diplomacy, and thoughtful consideration before making a move.”*

~ By Colette Baron-Reid

Move forward fearlessly towards that which you wish to create. Take action now…. the hitch? Do it with a plan in place. Take steps to make it happen, with an idea of where you are going and why. And most importantly, always holding intention that it be for the Highest Good Of All involved.

When you set your intention to be for the highest good, you no longer have to worry that you will be stepping others or hurting those you love as you move forward, for you do so with an open heart. You take action but there is an aspect also of surrender and trust. There is faith that you are not going it alone, but you are co-creating with Source. This is your insurance plan; knowing that the Universe has your back. Knowing that when you move forward with receptivity and accept what is yours, there is no taking it away from another. There is always more than enough to go around. There is no competition, there is no comparing, there is no judgment. Only acceptance and Love.

Use the energy of the Divine Masculine to assist you in harnessing the power of creative force and action. Balance it with the Divine Feminine to do it all in a harmonious and non-agressive way. Stand tall in your power, knowing that what you are about to do is going to make a difference; in the most positive and amazing way.

Oya ~ Power, from the Goddesses and Sirens Oracle Card deck, by Stacey Demarco, Artwork by Jimmy Manton

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Oya ~ Power, from the Goddesses and Sirens Oracle Card deck, by Stacey Demarco, Artwork by Jimmy Manton

Oya ~ Power: “Change is welcome. Allow the storm to pass, as it is necessary to clear the way. You are protected in your search for equality. Do not misuse your power.”

“In a whirl of purple, the storm of change builds. Lightning flashes across the sky, and thunder growls. In the center of the maelstrom is might Oya, the Yoruban horned goddess of power, directing the storm like the conductor of an orchestra.

Wife of Shango, the storm god, Oya is a force of nature. She clears the way for new growth, destroys what is not needed, and is a rainmaker, creating rivers and new paths forward. She does not bring change gently – she brings it with great power and action.

Oya is particularly favorable to women who have need of protection and action, and she assists women in matters of equality with men. Her mysteries were traditionally passed from women to woman, mother to daughter, so many of her rituals have been kept tightly. She is considered a goddess of magic, and her nine daughters help her to cast change magic.

Oya may come into your life when you most need change but are seemingly unable to invoke it yourself. If you are in a rut of find yourself in a situation that you simply do not have the resources to change, she is a great goddess to invoke. Sometimes we all need to move a part of our lives in a certain direction but don’t have the strength to begin – such as moving away, saying good-bye, or breaking up with someone. Oya can help you make change that are necessary but may be very difficult. As a goddess of divination, she gives you clear, concise answers when you consult her.”

Shadow Side: “Oya is a ferocious storm bringer. If you call upon her without good cause of purely for revenge against the person that you are changing away from, then this energy may be turned upon you. True power is handled and sent from a centered place, yet in this day and age we see power misued everywhere. Oya’s warrior energy is fierce too – there may be alternatives to such a forceful, action oriented approach.”

Symbols: “Dark skinned goddess wearing purple, horned turban or hat, the number nine, storms, rain, water buffalo”

The best time to invoke Oya is during a storm.”

~ By Stacey Demarco

Oya comes to us as we are stepping back into the Divine Feminine, taking back our power. This message is not just for women, for we all have a balance within that has been out of sync for far too long. We are all Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine. When in balance, these energies can co-create harmoniously.

But they have not been in balance for a very long time. This is mirrored to us in the ludicrous antics of the American political situation. It is mirrored in the violence and oppression of women and minorities. It is shown to us every time a woman, child or animal is hurt or killed at the hands of a man. Things are way out of balance.

Yet, there is hope. Change is coming. Change is here, coming at us fast like a Tsunami. We cannot hold back this change, even if we wanted to. And Oya is here to stir up the winds of transformation. She is here to make space for us to come back into our power; men and women alike. She is here to show us that we must align with our Highest Good and our Highest potential in order to live our Soul purpose here on the Earth plane.

No more victim and aggressor. No more power struggles. No more battles; dominant vs submissive. This is a powerful yet delicate balance. We do not want to go the other way, taking more power than we need. We must become the circle; the yin and the yang; perfectly whole, equal to each other. No one higher, no one lower. No one struggling while another profits.

Oya has come to shake things up for us:

Ready or not.

Here we go.

Finally
