Daily Angel Oracle Card: Page Of Cups, from the Shadowscapes Tarot, by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law artwork by Barbara Moore

Page Of Cups: “She delves down through the waves, seeking to be alone and to find a peaceful place to contemplate her own thoughts.

She brings a cup with her. It brims with the captured essence of sunlight from the world so high above her own. It contains the tiny sparks and flashes that have drifted down to the sea bed in bits of golden coin or in the stray shaft of sunlight that manages to pierce through the fathoms. All of that is distilled into the precious contents held in her hands.

She lifts the cup underneath her face, feels that remembered warmth of the sun’s kiss upon the wave tops. The heat spirals out through the water with tendrils of peace and tranquility. The radiance sparks her thoughts and her imagination. She feels her mind begin to set adrift, and her visions fills with dreams of the fantastic.

The Page Of Cups is sentimental. She is a true romantic at heart, and in a world that is filled with so much noise and bustle, she longs for the time and space to simply breathe and to truly take in the pleasures that abound. She listens to the still voice from deep inside that speaks with understanding and intuitions, and she longs to believe in the impossible.”*

This is a card of contemplation but it is also a strong message of your advancement in manifestation ability. You have reached a new level of creation energy, can you feel it? It is up to you what you create and you must be aware that if your thoughts are weighted down by worries, doubts and fears, you will likely manifest more of the same. If you are using your energies to focus upon what it is that you desire to create, then this too is readily available to you now.

What  is it that you wish to create?

What are you turning your lead into right now… more lead or pure gold? Up to you. Always was, always will be…

The cup in the image above is golden, a sign of prosperity, of confidence and of self worth. All this is available to each and every one of us. If we choose to raise our vibration to match it. Do you see her serenely focusing her intent on the content of the cup? There is no struggle here; there is also no distraction. Only focused intention. Concentrated energy. There is a certain knowing here too, faith and trust in the process, and inner peace and harmony. Gaze again at the image, take that in as your own vibration. Feel the shift happen. The spiral is a representation of birth/rebirth, growth and expansion. The spirals above can signify the ever expanding nature of your conscious awareness and what is truly possible. The sun symbolizes the creation, life force, energy and light.

Anything is possible, if you decide to create it.

Eight of Swords

Published July 12, 2017 by Dee ~ Archangel Oracle

Eight of Swords, from the Shadowscapes Tarot, by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law artwork by Barbara Moore

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Eight of Swords, from the Shadowscapes Tarot, by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law artwork by Barbara Moore

Eight of Swords: “The Brambles Crone lives among the blackberry hedges where the fruit is tempting and sweet, but even the leaves have wickedly curved thorns to catch and hold. The little hummingbird can navigate with ease among such treacherous tangles. She can flit through the tiny gaps and weave past the thorns with great ease. But the noble and grand elegance of the swan, with the arcing expanse of her wings, is not for such tangled and thorny corridors.

This swan is not the first to have fallen victim to the lures of the brambles crone. The old one has a collection of the skulls of those others who have thought that might and arrogant strength could overcome everything. Like the tangled enchanted briar forest that surrounded Sleeping Beauty and tempted hundreds of brave knights to die within the thorny embrace, pure might and abusive power will not always cut the path to victory.

The hummingbird flits close. “Calm,” she urges, and as the swan ceases to flail, the thorns cease to cut and the little hummingbird gently pushes one branch aside at a time, and the swan sees the light of freedom shining through from above, distant but attainable.

The Eight of Swords is a reminder not to waste energy on the trivial. It is easy to freeze up in a crisis – to feel restricted, confused, powerless, and trapped by circumstances – but there is always a way out if you take a moment to breathe and reassess.”*

The situation at hand requires a lightness of Being. It requires joy and it also requires faith. This is not a time to get all caught up in the details, it is not a time to over analyze or fret over the if’s and how’s and why’s. It is a time to rise above the drama, refusing to be sucked into the material world. Speed, agility, intuition and decisiveness are all key.

Be the hummingbird, light and agile and free. The swan is gracious and beautiful but cumbersome in these circumstances; too high maintenance, too much work. Follow your gut instinct, assess the situation and take action, do not delay. For the longer you delay, the more you get wrapped up in the details, the harder it is to make a decision and an opportunity will soon pass you by.

In this stage of your transformation, and in order to make lasting change, you must rise above the mundane and find the joy and lightness of being. This is an important part of your ascension process. Release attachment to opinions and judgments of others. Release old, outmoded belief systems. These are the brambles that hold you, the ego is the Brambles Crone who would see you locked in place, unable to free yourself, stuck in the same old patterns of fear and doubt.

Find your inner peace, your harmony, you Light. Find the beauty in simplifying the situation. Center yourself in joy and manifest your dreams into reality.

Knight Of Pentacles

Published July 6, 2017 by Dee ~ Archangel Oracle

Knight Of Pentacles, from the Shadowscapes Tarot, by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law, artwork by Barbara Moore

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Knight Of Pentacles, from the Shadowscapes Tarot, by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law, artwork by Barbara Moore

Knight Of Pentacles: “The foliage parts for him in a narrow path, and he has eyes for none of the temptations that surround him. The spirits of the woods gather near and whisper temptations and dangle their faery baubles. The dryads stretch out their slender fingers to brush his helm as he passes beneath their outstretched branches.

But he does not notice; he has eyes only for the light that is his goal. The Knight Of Pentacles is methodical, thorough, and unwavering. He rides upon the crest of an earth dragon, grounded and slow but undeniable in its progress; where he sets his sights will be reached.

He never charges in without first fully assessing a situation. He has the time and the patience to do so. He is conservative and prefers to do things in a tried and true way, not deviating into the unknown. It may appear that he lacks creativity or a desire to explore, but he places more value on the success of a venture than how that goal is achieved. He is dutiful, steadfast, and loyal, and holds true to his word when he gives it. When there is a task at hand, his patience and energy never wanes until it is complete.

The Knight Of Pentacles is stubbornly set in his ways and on his path, locked onto his goal, with almost a tunnel-vision mentality. This may seem to be a failing, but it can also be incredibly effective. He sees and knows exactly what he wants and where his destination is, and he moves steadily towards it in an implacable way. When he reaches that goal, he strikes with all the force of the earth that is his to summon: the weighty might of giants, the thunderous roll of an earthquake, the thrusting of a mighty tree’s roots through soil and stone.”*

~ By Stephanie Pui-Mun Law

This card is about getting clear on what it is that you wish to create and sticking to the task until it is complete. Success is assured if you have the commitment to the journey ahead. Do not let anyone or anything sway you off course, watch for distractions and navigate them carefully but surely. You have got this.

There may be a little curve ball coming your way, but this is only an illusion. It’s a bit of a test actually. Will you give up? Will you get distracted and go off track? Or will you ignore the temptations and move forward deliberately, step by step, until you reach your destination? Only you have the power to decide.

There may be someone who is trying to talk you out of your heart’s desire. Do not listen to them. There may be someone offering you something that benefits them more than you, maybe they do not have your highest good in mind. Do not consider it. Maybe you are in a relationship and someone else catches your eye; or maybe you are trying to leave an unhealthy relationship and someone starts offering you things that you know will not come to fruition. Again, only you know what is in your heart.

Stay the course. Move forward fearlessly. This is a mere speed bump on your journey, do not allow it to be anything more.

Page of Pentacles

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Page of Pentacles, from the Shadowscapes Tarot, by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law Artwork by Barbara Moore

Page of Pentacles: “Opportunity slumbers like the dragon upon whose crest the Page of Pentacles rests. Dreams and visions vibrate along its emerald length. They rise up through the soles of the feet of any who tread upon that viridian path, transmitted from the leviathan’s sleeping mind – dreams of success and of being able to possess material comfort and stability. She knows those visions that the dragon offers – a wondrous garden of delights. She is the keeper of that garden, dedicated to it’s preservation.

The Page of Pentacles comes bearing her message for opportunities of growth and prosperity. It is a small spark she holds, but she is just the harbinger for potential. Make of that spark what you will – a mere smoldering coal or the blaze of a rising star – but that choice and vision is something that each individual must find on their won, using the skills and resources at hand.

She is trustworthy, diligent, studious, and embraces scholarship. She is practical, down to earth, one who reflects before acting but at the same time is unafraid to embrace a world of physical enjoyment. She is lighthearted and joyous, and her spirit is entwined with everything around her.”*

~ By Stephanie Pui-Mun Law

Just as the sleeping dragon is dreaming the dreams of possibility, we can use our vision and our imagination to dream our creations into reality. It may not seem like a powerful tool, but it is just as powerful as the dragon is upon waking; upon taking flight. Perched above the dragon is the owl, symbol of magic, mystery and intuition. The Faery folk watch in awe from a careful distance, knowing the full power of the dragon could be awoken at any moment.

Opportunity can be subtle, an invitation to explore the realms beyond your comfort zone; a dream starting to form around the edges of your conscious mind. Maybe it comes looking exactly like something that scares you, makes you cringe… yet if you took it in small consistent steps it would be easier than you think. Maybe it is something that does not at first seem like an opportunity; you don’t feel like going, you have other plans, you want to stay home and go to bed with a good book. No more hiding your head in the sand.

Know that dedication and commitment are key here. What do you want to create in your reality? Where are your thoughts, feelings and intentions focused? What do you believe is possible? Have more than a mustard seed of faith in yourself and this process. Know that your limitations are but illusions; that which seems insurmountable is actually just smoke and mirrors.

It is time to awaken the dragon.

Eight of Cups

Eight of Cups, from the Shadowscapes Tarot card deck, by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law artwork by Barbara Moore

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Eight of Cups, from the Shadowscapes Tarot card deck, by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law artwork by Barbara Moore

Eight of Cups: “Seeker of the Seas, dive down, dive deep. Plumb the sapphire waters so dark that they pulse with the nacreous gleam of black pearls. Slice through the waters, O seeker of truth; slide with lithe body through the currents and undertows; turn away from the sunlight of the world up above that blinds with its too sharp brilliance. Like the delicate luminescence of the deep sea life, there are some things that can only be seen when the eyes are enlarged int he dim, nether-lit otherworld. Dive down, seeker of the seas!

Eight of Cups beckons you to follow and delve within for personal discovery and answers. Turn away and disengage from the material world for the spiritual. Leave the sharp lines and edges, the harsh sounds that pierce the dry air with a clarion call. The sea’s embrace is much softer and more sensual, and connected by the ripples and the flows. The water softens the assaults on the senses, so that everything becomes fluid and smooth.

The Eight of Cups shimmers with the distant touch of the sun’s rays from above. They tumble down into the depths. The falling glimmer and shine urges you to move on to catch hold of one of them. Now is the time to let go and allow all the weariness to ripple away from you and fade into the waves.”

~ By Stephanie Pui-Mun Law

Notice how the cups in this depiction are not needing to be held upright, full. Instead they appear like torches, illuminating the darkness. Notice that the sea here feels like another realm of reality, another dimension; the shapes of the moon, Jupiter and Saturn looming in the distance. Notice her tail is one of a mermaid, but also reminiscent of a butterfly wing, a sign of imminent transformation. And what does water stand for? The depth of our emotions of course.

We are experiencing the mini Strawberry moon in Sagittarius. It is coming with some challenges; but only if we are struggling to see the truth. If we refuse to dive down deep. If we let fear dictate our decisions and turn away from the depth of our divine inner wisdom. Then, we will be challenged.

If we can surrender to the quest; dive down deep; find some solitude and give ourselves a chance to contemplate, learn and assimilate the energies? Then we will illuminate our new path, with grace and ease. The shadows will be revealed and the light shined upon them. Resolution can be achieved.

We are being told that we must dive into the murky depths, but we are never alone. See the cups as your spirit guides, lighting your way. It is when we refuse to dive deep that we hold ourselves back. We deny the lessons, we get stuck in the same patterns. Now we have a chance to see why, to see what has been going on. To take responsibility and to set the intention for something new.

The butterfly wing lets us know that when this part of our journey is undertaken and the work is done, we can finally rise above it, transformed. Saturn is considered the planet of karma, of boundaries, awareness and perception. Jupiter is the planet of expansion and knowledge, of spiritual purpose and blessings. The moon represents the Divine Feminine aspect, illumination, enlightenment, magic and mystery.

Be alone today for at least a while. Meditate. Contemplate. Build and altar. Listen to your body. Release your mind. Invite your Higher Self in to guide you. Surrender to the silence. Do not fight the change. Trust.

Set your intention for the next thirty days.

Ten Of Cups

Published May 28, 2017 by Dee ~ Archangel Oracle

Ten Of Cups, from the Tarot Of The Hidden Realm Oracle Card deck, by Julia Jeffrey and Barbara Moore

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Ten Of Cups, from the Tarot Of The Hidden Realm Oracle Card deck, by Julia Jeffrey and Barbara Moore

Ten Of Cups: “The spiky scent of lavender lightly veils the deeper, sweeter notes of rose. Their essence is carried into the air on spirals of steam. Underneath, the earthy, rich smell of frankincense fills in the empty space. The air is permeated with peace and love and promise.

Calling on the spirits of the plants, which she harvested with her own devoted hands and blended together in water gathered from her own blessed spring, she invites them into her life. She sings their songs, and as they release their magic, they sing with her. In that moment, powerful magic is present.

Old, even for a faery, she has gathered deep wisdom and much experience and thus can weave her spell perfectly. She knows what is important, what is the best use of these gifts of nature. With practiced motions, she moves her hands over the steam, deftly mingling the energies to summon precious blessings for her loved ones; a peaceful, compassionate countenance; deep, intimate connections with others; and commitment and honor.”

Divinatory Meaning For Ten Of Cups: “Life is full of moments of love and connection. Some are fleeting. Some stand the test of time. Some are effervescent. Some are deep and rich. When they mingle together in one life, the variety creates a full existence, a complex tapestry that is extraordinarily beautiful. The Ten Of Cups promises such an experience. But it is not just a card of receiving. It is also a card of wisdom and experience, bringing with it the knowledge and ability to nurture such relationships in your life and in the lives of those around you. This card marks a time to create these ties as well as to celebrate them.”*

~ By Julia Jeffrey

This card represents a coming together. It also tells of the tiny moments that make up an abundant life; those lazy afternoons spent with family in the back yard, or a walk with a friend. It is a reminder that there is so much to be grateful for that is untangible, fleeting and precious. A smile or hug from a loved one. A cup of tea and a heart to heart visit. Holding hands. Gazing into someone’s eyes. Admiring the deep blue of the sky or the sea. Feeling your toes in the sand or the wind in your hair. Doing what you love to do, mindfully, without a rush.

Feeling love in your heart, filling it right up to the brim and letting it spill over.

That is abundance.

Connect today. Make it a little more special. Reach out. Get outside. Surprise someone with a call or a hug or a smile. Give of yourself and pay it forward.

Queen Of Cups

Published April 29, 2017 by Dee ~ Archangel Oracle

Queen Of Cups, from the Shadowscapes Tarot, by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law and Barbara Moore

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Queen Of Cups, from the Shadowscapes Tarot, by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law and Barbara Moore

Queen Of Cups: “The very being of the Queen Of Cups is a creative nexus. She is poetry in motion, imagination incarnate. She can dance upon the swells of the ever-shifting, ever-changing seas in unison with the dance of life that engages all of the world and its creatures around her.

She heeds her intuitions and follows her heart. She listens to the whispers of the stars, for she knows they are much wiser than any being on this earth. They have witnessed the world from when the seas were young.

Though her steps seem random and impulsive, she relies upon a deep-seated knowledge. She draws her strength from the vast abyss of the ocean. The ancients of the deeps, the sea turtles, the wise ones of the ocean: they come swimming up to join her in a joyous celebration. The world that they jointly move in is like a dream. Everything is fluid, one element melding into the next. It is the shifting landscape of the subconscious, overlapping with the material being of reality. This is the essence of creation and artistic expression.

Guided by instincts, she is attuned to that otherworld and finds joy in that communion of kindred spirits. For someone else who did possess a comprehension of her synchronicity, a misstep from her position would mean a plunge into unfathomable depths, but not so for the Queen Of Cups. She dances on, embraced by the endless azure ocean and the heavens, and where the sea meets the sky, there is no seam.”*

~ By Stephanie Pui-Mun Law

I love the image of this card; as if a mermaid came out of the water and grew her feet just to experience dancing under the stars. She knows that she is completely supported, loved and accepted by her trusted allies, the turtles, who represent her guides, her team, the Universe itself in their timeless wisdom.

There is so much magic here, a magic made of freedom; liberated from the confines of what others may think is possible. Freedom from judgment, from even caring what anyone else may think. There is confidence, sovereignty, beauty and strength. There is infinite possibility and a deep connection to the Divine Feminine Goddess energies. She knows her worth, and doesn’t question it; why would she? She knows how she wants to live her life, how she decides to present herself to the world is her choice and hers alone. She is fearless and free, and there is no one to tell her that she can’t be anything but what she wants to be. She lives her live from her heart and is guided by her Soul.

How do we dance this dance of infinite freedom? What would need to change?

What can you do today to shift into that consciousness…
