Wheel Of Fortune, from The Enchanted Tarot, by Amy Zerner and Monte Farber

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Wheel Of Fortune, from The Enchanted Tarot, by Amy Zerner and Monte Farber

Wheel Of Fortune: “Cycles”

The Dream: “The ‘wheels within wheels’ that make up Wheel Of Fortune spin and turn just like the never-ending rhythms and cycles that make up our lives and the world we live in. A spin of The Wheel may bring unexpected luck, opportunity, and good fortune or it may present obstacles to our desires. The Wheel turns and some action from out past comes around to confront us. Is it Fate, God’s Plan, or Karma? Though there seem to be beginnings and endings, they are all part of the seamless circle of Life. Rising from the horizon are two puffs of smoke to remind us that, despite all the changes we go through, we are still nothing but the elusive spirit. The peacocks spreading their tails remind us of expansion and wealth. The gold coloured horse reminds us of the excitement of taking a risk. An eagle soars high above the wheel symbolizing the supreme feeling gained by reaching the top of the wheel. Above them all is a Sphinx with glowing eyes that see all the cycles, reoccurring patterns, and evolutions. She knows no one stays on top forever.”

The Awakening: “The turning Wheel of Fortune is a message that what goes around, comes around. You will reap what you have sown, thus you must think ahead and consider your actions whether you currently find yourself on top of the wheel or at its bottom. To avoid being ruled by Fate, take responsibility for your life and what happens to you. Take risks. Be open to a new or unexpected opportunity.”

The Enchantment: “During a new moon, light three orange altar candles and some incense, and let the air be filled with its sweet scent. Meditate on the Wheel Of Fortune, seeing its wheels spinning round and round. Chant: ‘Goddess of Fortune, please hear my plea, Goddess of Fortunes, please come to me.’ Know that by the full moon you will have good luck.”

Quick Read

Message: “You need to be as lucky as you are skilled, maybe even more so in this instance. Luck comes most often when opportunity, preparation and skill meet. Study the various arts and sciences devoted to cycles and timing.”

Outcome: “You will reap what you have sown. If you have prepared well and behaved honorably, this is a time of success. Knowledge of cycles increases your responsibilities. Luck is the meeting of opportunity, preparation, and skill.”*

~ By Amy Zerner and Monte Farber

This is an interesting explanation of Karma and of our shaping of our own reality: “Luck comes most often when opportunity, preparation and skill meet.” It puts our fate into our own hands, putting our Karmic debt into our realm of responsibility. This tells us that the seeds that we carefully plant and cultivate, or carelessly toss away and neglect all lead us to our situations both present and future. The past is the past and can no longer be altered, but it can be acknowledged and learned from. The present moment is where the greatest powers of manifestation lies. The future is the harvest of our intention, focus, emotion and action.

What seeds are you planting today with your thoughts, feelings, and actions? What can you do tomorrow for the new moon to solidify your desires. How can you create your own luck; using mindful preparation, your unique skill set and your commitment to self-belief?

There is the gift of opportunity here and it is yours. Gold, expansion, wealth, all yours. Plant your seeds now and know that they will sprout and grow in the time before the next full moon.

Fated Meeting

Fated Meeting, from The Akashic Tarot, by Sharon Anne Klingler and Sandra Anne Taylor, artwork by Cheri Polk

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Fated Meeting, from The Akashic Tarot, by Sharon Anne Klingler and Sandra Anne Taylor, artwork by Cheri Polk

Fated Meeting: “A clock tower stands with its hands pointing to just a few minutes before 12:00. A man and a woman approach each other, coming to meet at the time that was predetermined by their Higher Selves, who are shown above them, translucent and shining.

With this card you are coming to a very important relationship in your life. Either it is entirely new, or an existing relationship is being lifted to a much higher experience. Karma from past lives may have brought you together, so it is important for both of you to stay alert. Keep your individual and collective growth a priority, and act with deference and compassion to yourselves and each other. If you both honour your karmic course, this could be one of the highest relationships you can know.

This card can also show a fated meeting with another about a work situation, a creative project, or an important purpose that you hold. This too, is likely karmic. Perhaps it is a past life publisher, a spiritual teacher, a brother or a sister. Whoever this is, it is a powerful and promising relationship. So get ready. It is almost time!”

As Challenger: “There is a person in your life with whom you had made plans to work on your karma together to undo past life patterns and create greater reciprocity, love and support. Unfortunately, this card reversed shows that one or both of you have fallen into old habits or some sort of denial.

You must see the relationship for exactly what it is and do not let the undercurrent of past-life feelings drive you. You have come together for a purpose, but one of you hasn’t truly woken up with an eye to the future and a commitment to grow. Your relationship with your Higher Self is the foundation of every relationship in your life. So see the truth of this situation. Your inner voice tells you that progress and even happiness with this person elude you. It may be time to look beyond this relationship. There are many other new and past life partners who can find a place on your karmic dance card.”*

~ By Sharon Anne Klingler and Sandra Anne Taylor

This shift starts from the inside and manifests as love coming to you in the form of another. A union, relationship, bond, partnership. Support, truth, trust and acceptance are yours. They are yours because you have found them within you, which is the only way you can manifest them outside of you. If you are struggling, then this may be the challenge. Get out of your own way by stopping the inner dialogue which is stopping you from receiving the love that you ultimately deserve. It is standing in the wings, just waiting for the chance for the union to take place. Open to it, embrace it and receive what is yours. No matter where you are at.

You may have been all caught up in the superficial details; waiting until you felt worthy in order to step into something of this magnitude. The realization here is that you always have had and always will have exactly what you need. You are whole as you are. Perfect as you are. A bright shining light. Release anything other than this and see what magic surrounds you. Step into the beautiful dance of love instead of forcing yourself to watch from afar worried, stressed and doubtful.

You are ready and it is here. Open your heart wide, it is safe to do you. You will know.

Crow ~ Law

Published March 15, 2018 by Dee ~ Archangel Oracle

Crow ~ Law, from the Animal Dreaming Oracle Card deck, by Scott Alexander King, artwork by Karen Branchflower, published by Blue Angel

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Crow ~ Law, from the Animal Dreaming Oracle Card deck, by Scott Alexander King, artwork by Karen Branchflower, published by Blue Angel

Crow ~ Law: “As a creature of the Void, Crow is believed to exist in the past, present and future simultaneously, to embody darkness within light and light within darkness and to watch over all the worlds and dimensions from all viewpoints in chorus. She makes little distinction between right and wrong, but acknowledges the necessity for the existence of both. Without them, we would not learn the lessons afforded by choice.

According to legend, when Crow appears, she is challenging our perceptions while daring us to follow her deep into the Void, into our consciousness, to strengthen our principles and our relationship with Spirit. Crow encourages us to seek the wisdom found in the inner silence and to ponder our actions and reactions to life. We inherently know the difference between right and wrong. Crow asks us, therefore, to trust our judgment and make the most sensible decision when one is required.

Her appearance generally heralds a sudden but necessary change, a wake up call or a lesson in self-discovery.

Crow is one of the sacred keepers of universal law and the custodian of ancient records. She espouses the law of three; the understanding that whatever we do will be returned to us threefold, that it matters not what we do in this life so long as our actions bring harm to none. She reminds us that all our actions are recorded and, although karma appears patient, it is often ruthless in its delivery. To understand these laws and to live by them with the purest intent, we see us exit this life and journey to the next with a clear memory of our previous life and the lessons learned during that time.

If Crow has flown into your cards today, listen to your instincts and act upon them in a way that honourably serves your purpose. Treat others as you would like to be treated, never expect others to do what you should do yourself and never act in a way that may cause harm to another. Breaking these simple rules will see the strong-arm of spiritual law slam down the karmic hammer.

You have all the wisdom and knowledge you need within you to make the right decision. Call upon it now and you cannot make a mistake.”*

~ By Scott Alexander King

Karma is a powerful force. You don’t want to mess with it. I have seen karma at work and it is interesting to see that most often, people are unaware that they are living their karma, even though it may seem so obvious to an outsider. Karma will often serve up the exact same situation for someone as they have put someone in. It is not about the details, it’s about the emotional impact. Losing everything that is important to you. Think Harvey Weinstein. You want something so you take it. And it comes back to bite you in the end.

Karma is not an issue when you are working from a heart centered space. It is not an issue when you are setting the intention that any action or resolution be for the highest good of All concerned. Karma can be kind too, but it works best when you are not expecting anything in return.

Crow is here to remind us all to do the right thing. Take the high road, even if someone else is not. Do not lower yourself to anyone elses’s level. Rise above the drama. Even if it looks as if you might lose something over it. Know that as one door shuts, another one opens. And what is behind that door is directly related to how you handle the situation.

Lead with love, no matter how challenging and you will always win.

Live by the threefold law with each and every choice you make.

Six Of Vessels

Published September 21, 2017 by Dee ~ Archangel Oracle

Six Of Vessels, from the Wild Wood Tarot card deck, by Mark Ryan and John Matthews, artwork by Will Worthington

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Six Of Vessels, from the Wild Wood Tarot card deck, by Mark Ryan and John Matthews, artwork by Will Worthington

Six Of Vessels: “Reunion”

Card Description: “A green mound is crowned by a grove of trees. In the face of the mound is an entrance framed with upright slabs of stone. Water gushes from the mouth of the mound and spreads out to form a pool of still water. On the water float six small vessels, each one filled with light. Two otters regard the scene.”

Card Meaning: “There may be affection and love in a situation that could take time to resolve. Recognition of ancestral and reincarnation memory. Polaric love between two soul mates.”

Reading Points: “An emotional reunion can sometimes refer to the mystical Karmic cycles that bring lovers back through time, space and lifetimes. The purpose of this ‘soul reunion’ may be manifold but it can be to complete unfinished business or to teach new lessons from old actions or wrong choices. It can also refer to the coming together of a band of comrades, tribal or clan members or a brotherhood of loyal friends, gathering for the acknowledgment of their shared bond. It may also refer to the reunion of the individual with their own true nature, in terms of a forgotten or rejected history or experience. By meditating on a past issue with new wisdom and insight and an acceptance of personal responsibility and forgiveness, reclamation may take place. A spiritual re-amalgamation of a facet of the individual’s personality, for the purpose of clearing and self-empowerment, ma be possible, and a healthy union in the soul the result. Reassurance is gained from a reunion of this nature, revealing whether the correct path was taken and your decisions were based on valid and honest instincts and motivations.”

~ by Mark Ryan and John Matthews

Once you know who you truly are, you can call those to you who match you in vibration. Your true soul family. ‘Calling’ them simply means getting out there in the world and being who you are, knowing that you will become a magnet to those who are also embracing their true authentic selves.

Your tribe will find you. They will feel so familiar, like coming home. You will understand each other in ways that usually take years. It will feel real, and flow with grace and ease. You won’t feel fear of abandonment, competition or betrayal. You will be able to trust again. In turn you can become the best version of yourself in a relationship, be it friendship or more.

You are calling those who have been important to you in past lifetimes back to you. A reunion. A blessing.

Open your heart. Allow them in. It is safe to do so.

Gebo

Published May 29, 2017 by Dee ~ Archangel Oracle

Gebo, from the Viking Oracle, By Stacey Demarco, Artwork by Jimmy Manton

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Gebo, from the Viking Oracle, By Stacey Demarco, Artwork by Jimmy Manton

Gebo: “Seek equality in your relationships, especially intimate relationships. Avoid people pleasing and co-dependence. Family and work harmony is paramount. You will be acknowledged for your fine work and your good deeds. A gift will be matched. There is natural justice that runs through life ~ this will be upheld.”

“We agree to union,
One that is sacred and equal,
Side by side.
A gift is given,
Circles back in kind.
Harmony is won,
Justice is invited.
I am Gebo.”

“According to Viking lore, marriages and other unions were created under vows made to the gods. The meeting of souls in these sacred unions was not taken lightly. There were expectations on both sides. Harmony in marriage, equality in provisionary duties and  parity in kinship roles all were valued by the Norse people. Even the gods were called upon to provide guidance and protection in return for the worship, sacrifice and honour they received.

While as modern people, we may not relate completely to the ethical standards of the Vikings, we must understand that, in lieu of sophisticated court systems, they held to a process of justice and judgment that was weighted on the severity of the transgression. Gebo (pronounced “gay-boo”) reflects this balance. What was ‘given’ to someone, be it positive or negative, was expected to be returned. So, if a host received their guest with hospitality, providing them with food, drink, shelter and safety, all this was given with the expectation that the host would receive equal hospitality one day. Or, at the very least, that their guess would respond by being trustworthy. On the other hand, if someone acted with cunning and trickery or destroyed another’s property, this too would be repaid in kind.

Gebo also asks us to heed the laws of nature and find harmony with them. If we humans work as a part of nature not apart from nature, there are countless benefits to be had, not the least being improvements in our own mental and physical health and the sustainability of our planetary resources.”

Gebo as Challenger: “Remember, regarding the nature of gifts, if the gift is not of good intent, this will be returned in kind to you. There may be falsity in someone’s generosity. Justice will be done. If you have been on the side of injustice, justice will be done and wrongs righted.”

Element: Air

~ By Stacey Demarco

We will heal collectively when we reach the perfection of balance and harmony between the masculine and feminine energies. In order to find this balance, we must look within ourselves and to our closest relationship dynamics.

Who holds the power? Is it an even give and take, or is someone running the show? Have you given your power over to another? If you are unsure about this, look at how you feel when you interact. Is there resentment present? Even fear? Is there compromise on one persons behalf that is not matched by the other? Are decisions made in order to please or appease someone rather than for the greatest good of all involved? This is when the scales are out of balance.

The Divine Feminine is the receptive, creative, feeling and nurturing energy. The Divine Masculine is the action, the protection, the thinking, the focused intention and direction. When these two come together within each of us, as they should, balance is attained. When they are unbalanced within an individual it will be mirrored back to them within a relationship; that is often when things start to go sideways. That is where the lesson lies.

If you see yourself as all Feminine or all Masculine without much to connect these two energies, that is where your inner work starts. When you can balance these within yourself, you can balance them outside too. Perfect Yin and Yang, the circle complete. When we each face up to what is going on with us internally, we can heal and move forward, whole, empowered and sovereign beings.

As we do this, balance and harmony are achieved. It starts with each one of us; we can heal the collective.

The Singer Of Connection

The Singer Of Connection, from The Faerie's Oracle, by Brian Froud and Jessica MacBeth

The Singer Of Connection, from The Faerie’s Oracle, by Brian Froud and Jessica MacBeth

Daily Angel Oracle Card: The Singer Of Connection, from The Faerie’s Oracle, by Brian Froud and Jessica MacBeth

The Singer Of Connection: “Spiritual connection, Karma, Balance, Empathy”

“This Singer supports all connections, the web of light between all beings, all particles, and between past, present, and future. It brings wholeness to apparent duality and combines all energies, uniting all that was, is, or could be. When we lose awareness of this connection in our lives, we feel isolated, lonely, bereft. Yet the energy is there. We only need to be open to it.

There are emotions that help us open up  – love, compassion, trust, and so on. There are other emotions that we tend to close down around unless we make a special effort to keep our hearts open. As you can probably guess, these emotions are feelings such as jealousy, anger, fear, grief, and others of a similarly painful nature. Yet, sometimes, these very emotions, when carried to an extreme, cause us to break down and then break through to the song of Ekstasis. This is a risky way to go as well as an extremely difficult one, because more often the breakdown just stays broken for a long time and then we retreat back to a more crippled version of our original selves.

A far better way to become ever more aware of our essentially holistic nature is to work at keeping our hearts open, seeing relationships, being earthed and centered and connected. In a meditation, someone (and I suspect it was this Singer) asked me to let go of all of my defenses. I argued that surely we needed defenses in this world in order to survive. I was firmly but lovingly told, “It is only by letting go of all your defenses that you become invulnerable.”

That gave me such a strong shock of recognizing the rightness of it that I couldn’t even breathe for a moment. But then, still reluctant (because it sounded like a big job), I muttered that I didn’t think I knew how to do that or even what all my defenses were. I was assured kindly that I would receive help if I asked for it. And I know that you will be given the same aid, too.

Starter Reading: “Through the power of this Singer, all connections are made, held and released, as appropriate. In a reading, this Singer indicates the connection of things, especially reconnecting those that have been sundered. It is unifying and reunifying. It tells us that we need to be aware of the connections between different aspects of the issues under discussion, as well as the connections between the people linked by it. We also may need to build more connections, a network of mutual support.

The presence of  The Singer Of Connection in a reading indicates support and strength flowing through the connections between those involved.”*

~ By Brian Froud and Jessica MacBeth

Can you feel your deep connection to everything in existence? Can you see the Light that shines in others, shining from your own eyes in the mirror? This profound connection is the magic of the Universe. It is what weaves us all together. It is what allows us to feel on a deeper level, and what leads to the mass or group consciousness during this ascension.

Open your heart to everything in existence. The birds, and animals and plants and flowers. The insects and trees and creatures of the sea. What do you feel when you focus your energy and intention on another being? Can you feel the warmth and Love that exists within them, even if they themselves cannot feel it (yet)?

This is not vulnerability, this is expansion of awareness. It is allowing ourselves to be a part of the All. It is bypassing the ego’s need to keep us isolated in the name of  “safety” when what we desire most is the connection. Connection is healing, it is alignment. It is Faith. Trust in the thread of Love that weaves us. Trust in the existence of Light within all (Yes, even him!). There are no exceptions, only one’s who live in the state of isolation.

Open hearts and open minds lead to the connection. It is safe to feel. To be a part of it. It is a vital stage of the raising of our consciousness. Allow it to be.

Allow yourself to fearlessly connect through the Light of your Heart.

The Fates

The Fates, from the Wisdom Of The Oracle, by Colette Baron-Reid

The Fates, from the Wisdom Of The Oracle, by Colette Baron-Reid

Daily Angel Oracle Card: The Fates, from the Wisdom Of The Oracle, by Colette Baron-Reid

The Fates

Essential Meanings: “Fate; Karma; Acceptance that there are things that you cannot change and knowing what those things are.”

The Oracle’s Message: “The serenity Prayer sums up the meaning of this card: “God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.” There are things in life you will never have control over. The conditions brought on by the evolution of the collective, by nature, and by your past experiences may be fated, preordained by Spirit for a greater purpose you cannot understand in this lifetime. It may not be in your cards to understand why certain event occurred, but you can accept the mystery and work with what those events and your current circumstances have to teach you. This is the wisdom contained in the Serenity Prayer.”

Relationship Message: “Other people are who they are. You can’t change them. The challenge is to accept them as they are and not try to make them otherwise to suit you. This is a time to look at how you attempt to mold people to fit your view of how they should be so you can remain in the relationship and avoid discomfort. What if who they are, and whatever is happening between you and them in this situation, is perfect from the perspective of Spirit? Now is the time to accept what you cannot change, even if it means that you honor yourself, Spirit, and the other person by moving on. Love unconditionally – for each of us is on our own journey, and we cannot direct that of another. Be aware that this relationship is indeed fated, and you are meant to evolve into a better version of yourself as a result of it.

Prosperity Message: “Your experiences concerning prosperity and abundance are beyond your personal control right now. You are being invited to accept “what is” unreservedly. This could be a temporary situation, seemingly thrust upon you by outside forces, but there is an underlying purpose you can’t see that has been determined by the Fates. It could be a situation you are unprepared for, and you may not understand how it will benefit you in the moment. Do not fight the situation. Ride it out and see where it leads. Surrender to it, and the serenity you need to make good choices from here on out will be given to you. You will indeed flourish.

Protection Message: “It is difficult to understand why painful things happen to good people. Fate is a mystery, after all. Yet what we do with our circumstances, the way in which we respond to life’s challenges, is how we rise up to greet our destiny. Now is one of those times to be aware of your powerlessness to change certain situations and surrender to acceptance. Hang in there. Life will only get better. Act as if you believe that, for the only thing you can control right now is your attitude. When you align with the Fates, being mindful of what you can and cannot change, serenity will come to you.”*

~ Colette Baron-Reid

We can spend so much energy trying to make things the way we would like them. Maybe we consider ourselves control freaks, maybe we just like to have things “our way” or maybe we just feel that we are seeing the potential that resides within someone else… and alas, if we could only get them to live up to that great potential, the world would be such a wonderful place. But unfortunately, we are not always in control and once we admit this to ourselves, we can stop struggling, stop swimming upstream and decide.

Decide? Yes, decide whether to allow this person or situation to be as it is and continue to be a part of our lives, or decide to move on. We can only control our own actions, our own reactions, our own reality. We can’t take responsibility for the whole world and every person in it… we can only design our own.

So take a closer look at the struggle… or, better yet, back it up a little and gain some perspective! What needs to change in order to create harmony, peace, joy and love? Is it your perception? Your own attitude? Or is it a matter of separating from all this? Only you can know what is right; however, you may ask the Fates… the Universe to give you a clear sign.

Should I stay or should I go now?

What does your heart say?
