Daily Angel Card ~ Fairies: “Easy Does it, Stop trying so hard to control everything and all the doors will open for you.”
Message from the Fairies: Just as the dolphin rides the waves with joy and ease, so will the waves of your life carry you if you will just relax and let everything flow. You drew this card because you have been trying to force something to happen, and the underlying fear has created blocks and barriers for you. Take some time to go out in nature to help you relax. Let go of the situation, and watch how quickly everything you desire occurs.
Additional meanings of this card: Relax and have faith. Go play. Connect with the dolphins. Take a sea salt bath. Go for a swim. Get out of your own way.”*
I love the idea of getting out of my own way…. however, sometimes I think it’s easier said than done!! When manifesting your desires, you are told to concentrate, hold that vision in your mind, write it down, meditate, the list goes on. However, my best example of what this card is telling us comes from my kids!
Here is a very typical example of what happens on a daily basis with my kids, 6 and 7 and a half:
“Mommy, can I have a drink of water?” My answer, yes. “Mommy, can you get me a drink of water??”, my answer again is yes, but they aren’t listening at this point, they are in asking mode and often if I am in the middle of doing something, like making dinner or getting dressed or in the shower, even though my answer is YES, because they don’t see that drink of water in front of them instantly, they assume, without listening or being patient, that they must need to keep asking! Often I have to stop them, mid sentence, and ask, “what did I just say?”, “did I say no, you can’t have a drink of water, or did I say yes, just give me a moment?”. Once they realize that their choices are now, get the water on your own if you can’t wait a moment, or be patient momentarily and I will help you, they stop asking.
What if it’s the same with us? We ask and ask and ask and focus and visualize and make dream boards, and write it down and pray for Divine help, but we don’t hear the answer. So we just keep asking! And when the answers don’t come immediately, we let doubt set in, which then blocks us and we go back to the frantic asking. It’s a vicious circle!
What if we take a moment to slow down and receive? To listen for the answers? To allow a little time for Divine intervention to rearrange all the factors to bring us what we truly desire? To breathe, to play, to have fun with manifesting, to focus instead on our faith and belief as well as the desired outcome?
One of the ways to practice this is in gratitude. Be thankful for the Divine guidance you are receiving, whether you can see it or not. Be grateful for your desired outcome, as if it is right here with you in the present. Be grateful for all that you do have, and immerse yourself in moments of love with those who are close to you.
Practice the Ho’oponopono method, which simplified is:
I’m sorry
I forgive you
Thank you
I love you
Or, what I do is:
I am sorry
I am forgiveness
I am Love
I am Gratitude
And watch your life transform.
Namaste,
