Ascended Master Mataji & Crimson Cuprite: “Relief and Repair”

“We bring you the blessing of relief and repair. Our warmth and nurturing will restore and rebalance your body, mind and soul when the light of spirit burns too brightly. Spiritual light is like the light of the sun. It brings life and joy, but too much can burn. If that happens to you, you will feel overwhelmed, overheated, overexcited or overstretched mentally, physically or emotionally. We will help you recover and increase your ability to be exposed to spiritual light again in future without becoming overloaded or burnt out. We ask you to soften and relax into our rich red energy now, which nurtures you with the cooling, restorative life force of the Earth Mother. We shall help you naturally discharge excess energy, whilst we revive, strengthen and fortify you with our nourishing grace.”

“On the path of light there are many highs – beautiful visions, stunning inspirations and transcendent experiences of bliss, love and peace. It can feel amazing! Yet like the uplifting and inspiring light of the sun, it is possible to have more of a good thing than you can handle at any one time! Over exposure to the spiritual light feels great for a moment and then terrible afterwards. The body and mind can feel burnt out, overloaded and confused – the great high followed by a dreadful low. You may feel emotionally unstable and even overwhelmed by so many inspirations but with no real plan as to how you can bring them to life with methodical, practical steps. The spiritual light can help you live your divine destiny, but for it to shine bright and how you the way, rather than burn you, you must learn how to balance your love for the light with devotion and care for your body.

The calling in of spiritual assistance is a key aspect to spiritual growth. The energy of your spirit, your guides and angels, is very real and is the equivalent of turning on more light in your soul house. Whilst more light can make it easier to see what you are looking for (and that is so often right in front of you!), if you have too much light going on, especially over a long period of time, you may unwittingly cause the circuits to ignite and burn down the house. You don’t want this to happen because it doesn’t feel good and it doesn’t help you on your path. You need enough light to see and grow by, but not so much that it becomes more important to you than the need to care for and respect your body.

There are times when the body just needs softness and time to simply be and express itself in a spontaneous, carefree way. It needs to be like a little child, happy and allowed to pay and feel good. It needs to switch off from thinking about spiritual matters and doing healing work now and then. You need discipline to continue to grow on the spiritual path and to heal yourself, and if you can balance that discipline with a self-loving, self-caring attitude, it will not be so difficult to keep it up.

The Oracle of Relief and Repair comes with a message about your spiritual growth. You may or may not be aware of it, but you are learning to call more spiritual light into your body, your mind and your life. Perhaps you have been praying to the Universe more, asking for help. Perhaps you have been meditating more often, or reading spiritual books and opening your mind to new levels of consciousness. Or perhaps your soul has just been growing, even if you don’t quite know why it is happening or recognize it consciously. This is all good! However, your body needs time to adjust to the increase in light. If you just keep going without taking a short break, it would be like continuing to eat and eat and eat without taking time to digest and eliminate in between meals. Although you may be eating very good quality meals, in time it won’t  matter. It will just become too much.

So the oracle will help you. Take a short rest and repair now, so you don’t become unwell or overloaded and need to take a much longer break later on. You are being given healing and you need it. When you have a strong spirit that has conditioned your body and mind to simply keep up, it can be easy to forget that although your spirit is an unlimited being, your body and mind exist within a reality held together with the parameters of time and space. This means that although your spirit doesn’t need sleep or recovery time, your body and mind certainly do!

If you are not in the habit of asking yourself if you need rest (and responding when you realize that perhaps you do), or if you don’t often notice your own cues for needing rest (and therefore end up sick or exhausted ) then this oracle comes to you with compassionate grace. It is an express message from the Universal Mother asking you to melt into her warmth and restoration. She is offering you a chance to be repaired by her healing power. It is highly suggested you give yourself the opportunity to receive it by doing the healing process and then resting for a time.

This oracle also indicates that any situation that may appear to be never-ending is not so, and any brokenness of heart or will, defeat or apparent failure can and will be resolved and restored through the hand of her radiant grace. She will bestow her blessing of relief and repair upon you and your life situation. Allow her grace to resolve your life circumstances as she sees fit, so you can be revived by her rich warm life force. When the Divine Mother turns her attention to a matter, there is no such thing as a lost cause or inevitable defeat. Her ways are many and her resources great. When she decides to animate something that may have otherwise seemed devoid of life, her power is that of the phoenix, rising again after all has seemed lost. Allow her to serve your body, mind and spirit in the way that best serves you now. Surrender into her tender loving care.”*

~ By Alana Fairchild

We are being gifted a gentle reprieve from all the intense energies of this year. We are being offered nurturing and care, support, rest and recovery. Be gentle with yourself. Take the day to relax, or at least part of it if you can.

Have a Himalayan sea salt bath, smudge your house, put some essential oils in a diffuser. Clear your energy, relax. Do something calming that makes you happy, listen to music, spend some time with a pet or loved one, have some comfort food, whatever makes you feel pampered. Take a break from trying to be perfect all the time! Take a break from having to do everything for everyone. Put it all off for a day and just recover.

Red Cuprite is not a crystal that most of us have access to, but you can benefit from the energy by gazing at the card and calling it in. Know that the Divine Mother is at your side, and that you must give yourself a well deserved break before moving forward, even if it is just for today.

Persephone: “Cycles”

“It is time for a change, and it will be positive. Respect your own natural cycles. Be mindful of seasonal changes and go with the flow taking these into account in your diet and activity level.”

“The god Zeus and his brother Hades, god of the underworld, were discussing Hades’s marriage. It seemed that the Hades, eligible in most respects, wanted a queen for himself. Persephone was the beautiful daughter of Zeus and Demeter – the goddess of agriculture – and seemed a fine choice. Zeus promised the hand of Persephone to Hades, and both men were pleased. Unfortunately, Zeus forgot his promise and neglected to inform any of the women! Hades became impatient waiting and decided to take Persephone.

One bright day, as Persephone was enjoying the sunshine outdoors with her handmaidens, she came upon a particularly stunning narcissus flower. As she picked it, she heard a great rumbling. Hades arose from the ground and seized her. Persephone struggled, but Hades overpowered her and took her down to the underworld.

Only the goddess Hekate and the sun god Helios heart her screams. Hekate told Demeter what she had heard. Being a devoted and loving mother, Demeter frantically searched for her daughter but to no avail. As she could think of nothing else besides her daughter, she began to neglect her role of grain giver and earth mother, and so the fields began to die.

Soon the people began to starve, and they cried to Zeus to save them. Helios told Demeter of Hade’s act, and Zeus was forced to demand that Hades return Persephone.

In the underworld, meanwhile, Persephone missed the world above but had begun to like Hades a little, so when he kindly offered her a pomegranate to eat, she accepted it. She had consumed six seeds of the glossy, ruby-red fruit when Zeus’s demand reached them. According to the Fates, if food or drink is consumed in the underworld, one must remain there, so it seemed Persephone would have to stay in the world of shadows. Zeus, however, came up with a compromise: Persephone would spend six months with Hades and six months above with Demeter.

As Persephone leaves the darkness, the goddess Hekate meets her, flaming torches in hand, and guides her back to the blue sky and her mother. Demeter, in her joy, resumes her work with the fields. Life again appears on earth. However, every six months, when Persephone returns to Hades, Demeter grieves and leaves the world barren.

This is a story of cycles, of how things naturally progress and change. In ancient Greece, when a young woman was married, she left home and joined the family of her husband. Her parents and siblings were both sad and happy and the bride often went through a period of adjustment. Although she lost her identity and freedom as a maiden, the bride became queen of her new home.

This story also illustrates how the seasons change, how the earth and its fruits die in the winter only to be reborn in the spring, flourish in the summer and be harvested in the autumn. Change and transition is everywhere, and constant. The natural cycles are something to be mindful of, connect with, and enjoy if we are to gain the most from our year.

Should the lovely Persephone grace your life, it is to remind you that cycles are natural. There are times to feel introverted and extroverted, energetic and restful, happy and sad – none of these is better than the other. There was a time you were a baby, a time you were a child, a time you will grow older – each with its own joys and challenges. Take the time to connect with your own personal cycles and you can expect to reap many benefits, particularly physical ones. Do not expect yourself to be happy just because others are, or ready for the same steps at the same time. Let your body and mind experience your life naturally and without expectation based on someone else’s cycles. Pressuring yourself or others to want the same things at the same time isn’t healthy or respectful of your true self.”

If This Card Comes To You As Challenger: “Resisting natural growth or cycles is not useful to developing a smooth and happy life. It is a natural part of life to grow up and to transform in our minds and bodies, and sometimes that can be a scary process. Additionally, there may be times when we do not want to accept the changes that need to be made, even if they are inevitable, and we may be angry and upset about them. Sometimes we face changes to our family situations, where we live, our relationships, or our schools that we do not like and cannot control, yet we must adapt to them the best way possible. We can learn resilience and be creative with our solutions.”

Symbolism: “Pomegranate, crown, robed woman carrying a sheath of wheat, spring, seeds, flowers”*

~by Stacey Demarco, artwork by Jimmy Manton

It’s natural to go through a grieving process when you have to give something up to make space for something new. Honour this time. Honour your feelings, let them flow through you, this is part of your journey into authenticity. You can’t stuff your emotions anymore and expect it not to have a lasting effect on your body, mind and spirit. You cannot pretend any longer that you don’t care, you don’t get hurt or you aren’t worth more than this. You are worth much more. But you have to accept the lesson first.

What, or who, do you need to release in order to move forward. And if you have been courageous enough to do this, give yourself time to process it. Heal. It takes a little time, it is a natural cycle. Do not let the fear of feeling the emotions allow you to refuse to experience them in all they have to offer you. Feel into it. Then bless and release with gratitude for the lesson learned. This is only a small part of something so much better you will not believe it. Until you make space for it and invite it in. Open mind and open heart.

Anything is possible now as you step into a brand new cycle in your life. There has been a cycle from 2008 to now that has come to an end. Bless, release and welcome in the new with open arms and open mind. This is going to be the beginning of something very special.

Persephone’s message to us is that sometimes we have to delve right into the darkness in order to find the light.

Two Of Pentacles

Two Of Pentacles, from the Tarot Apokalypsis Oracle, by Erik C. Dunne and Kim Huggens

Two Of Pentacles, from the Tarot Apokalypsis Oracle, by Erik C. Dunne and Kim Huggens

Daily Angel Oracle Card: Two Of Pentacles, from the Tarot Apokalypsis Oracle, by Erik C. Dunne and Kim Huggens

Two Of Pentacles: “The universe changes on a grand scale as befitting its cosmic design: Change is its mother; flux its father; you are its child. As a product of the ebb and flow of the tidal heavens, it is your charge to enact change upon the earth and to know the careful dance of balance in order to maintain your center. Though you may be buffeted by life’s tempestuous waves, know that beneath your feet is the very foundation of the world. I teach you the mystery of managing change in the realm of earth, the gift by which you may make the best of this abode of beauty and ugliness. I speak to you in polarities and opposites, in duality and complement, for in the journey between each you come to know the balance of the scales. Yet listen well: balance is not equality; rather, it is found in the gentle shifting of weight from one side of the other, continually, and it is in the unevenness of balance that the world is recreated.”

Mystery: “Dancing on the foundations of change is necessary once we’ve begun manifesting our desires. We’ve met change before, writ large in the world in the Wheel, but here we find it on an everyday level. Here are the ups and downs of daily life, the balance that must be found and maintained in order to manage our mundane world and the fine line between failure and success. Here also is the intricate relationship between our higher self and lower needs, between the divine and mundane in our lives and between our duties and our hopes.

The card image shows a dancer performing a classical Cambodian dance. She wears the traditional headdress of the Robam Preah Reach Trop (“Apsara Dance”) and balances carefully on a yoni-lingam carving. The waters of one of ancient Khmer’s man-made lakes are rough, the small boats riding the waves. Around her flit silver dragonflies, emblems of change. There are many aspects of the card image that symbolize the interaction between polarities and the process of change that is created through this interaction. The focus, however, is on the dancer, as the card’s focus is on the human place within this continual fluctuation and landscape of change. The golden pentacles balanced in the dancer’s hands are facing point-upwards (her right hand) and point-downwards (her left hand), indicating the exchange between the divine and the mundane that takes place on a daily basis. Around these pentacles, in white light, the shape of infinite flux, suggesting that the polarities of divine and mundane, up and down, can be swapped. Indeed, the dancer’s headdress indicates that she, a human, is standing in for a divine being. During the Robam Preah Reach Trop, female figures become Asparas, beautiful, nymph-like divine female figures that can be found frequently on carvings from ancient Cambodian temples.385

The man-made lake – or reservoir – is representative of the polarity between man and nature, here united in an attempt to harness and tame the forces of nature. Archaeologists found a copper pipe on an artificial island in the center of the Yasodharatataka reservoir, built in the 9th century. It is surmised that the king would regularly visit and use the pipe to measure water levels to ascertain whether rice planting could begin. 386 The Two Of Pentacles represents ways in which we try to make the best of all the changes that happen around us, seeking ways to not be negatively affected by them. Like the boats in the card image, we must ride the waves of life and allow ourselves to be carried by change: if we make ourselves rigid and unmoving, we will be drowned.

The yoni-lingam upom which the dancer balances is a sacred representation of Shiva – masculine creative energy – and Shakti – feminine creative energy. These cosmic forces create and perpetuate the cycles of change and generation in the world. The union of lingam and yoni represents the “indivisible two-in-oneness of male and female, the passive space and active time from which all life originates”. 387 In Taoist philosophy, this force is expressed as the yin-yang, which emphasizes that the seed of one polarity is present in its opposite polarity. Thus, the dancer who balances carefully on the yoni-lingam is balancing on the fundamental force of change in the world, on that which contains the seeds of flux. In the same way, we carefully balance our everyday lives in a sea of change, making sense and order in the best way we can of an otherwise chaotic, unpredictable world.”

Revelation: “Constant shifting and flux; small changes in everyday life; maintaining order in a chaotic situation; balance; juggling many aspects of daily life; the requirements of the everyday world all seeking attention; budgeting; time-keeping.”*

There is much needed change coming into your life now… are you receptive to the opportunity that it is bringing you? This is a positive change, even if it feels like it is stretching you beyond your comfort zone. It could be in any area of your life, but you will find that it actually affects many aspects of your life once you fully commit to accepting it.

Do not struggle to hold on to the old, for with this shift comes what you have been wishing for, dreaming about and desiring to manifest. Go with the flow. Conserve your energy. There is no need to swim upstream when you can find bliss in allowing the river to take you exactly where you need to go. Have faith, open your heart and jump right in.

There is a balance here also between the polar energies; the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine meeting and coming into balance. This can be in regards to love, relationships, power, or any other aspect of your life that has been previously out of balance. As harmony is restored, acceptance and love become the dominant forces, rather than the push and pull of fear and lack. Find these energies within yourself and you will find them all around you.

Step into the change. Transform yourself and transform the world around you.

The Shadow, from The Gospel Of Aradia, by Stacey Demarco artwork by Jimmy Manton

Daily Angel Oracle Card: The Shadow, from The Gospel Of Aradia, by Stacey Demarco artwork by Jimmy Manton

The Shadow: “Umbra”

“We all have a shadow side. Find balance in all things. Rest in the positive aspects of your shadow, like you would rest in the void of the dark moon. Some events and people leave a long, dark shadow over future happiness. Shine a light on a dark situation. Is your shadow actually your strength?”

“The shadow looms dark,

The shadow looms long.

Its siren call beckons,

It sings its seductive song.

You may not see it within you.

It hides away in the blind spot,

Behind you, within you,

Squeezing your will in a knot.”

“People may run from just the idea of working with their shadow! But our shadow is not always negative. In fact, it can be the very aspect of ourselves that makes us unique and wonderful – even if others do not always appreciate this part of us.

Seen from the perspective of the dominant – and dominating – culture in which Aradia lived, one could say that, as a witch, her shadow was implicit – and big. However, this was entirely subjective. What the larger society of the time perceived as her dark shadow was both part of Aradia’s own power and an aspect of herself she used to empower other women.

We can take a lesson from this and examine our own shadow from different perspectives. Doing so can help us to be more objective about our shadow side, and allow us to distinguish between its positive and negative aspects. The dark of the moon is the lunar aspect under which to delve gently and safely into work with your shadow side.”*

~ By Stacey Demarco

Mercury retrograde is the perfect time to look deeper into our shadow side. It is natural for us to try to hide this aspect of ourselves, as we see it with fear. Fear of exposure leads to fear of rejection, judgment and possibly even ridicule. We build up this shadow side through these fears, making it the big bad side of us that we would like to banish. Yet it would be like trying to banish one arm, or one leg. It is a part of us that we need in order to function in balance. The yin and the yang, the light and the dark, the polarity of being. That is to be human.

As much as we strive for perfection, we do not understand that we are, in fact, that very perfection. We are not hiding demons, we are hiding vulnerabilities, weaknesses, worries, doubts and fears. These come from our survival instincts, and we hide them in an effort to maintain the status quo. We hide them because we have been taught to hide that which might be deemed unacceptable, rather than work to strengthen our weaknesses.

What is one weakness that you would like to work with in order to better yourself? Bring it up from the depths of the shadows within. Is it a habit that has lead to a certain lifestyle choice you are not really proud of? Is it something that could be sabotaging your health and wellness? Is it a survival mechanism that you developed in a time of chaos or stress that can be used to manipulate others to get what you want? Have you been playing the victim when you are more than capable of taking care of yourself? Or is it a deep desire that you have been hiding away in the closet, hoping no one finds out about as it tears you apart?

Only you know, and only you can work to accept this aspect of YOU. Only you can heal and integrate it.

Only you can understand it fully and love it into the Light.

The Corners Of The Mouth

Published August 22, 2016 by Dee ~ Archangel Oracle
The Corners Of The Mouth, from the Tao Oracle, by Ma Deva Padma

The Corners Of The Mouth, from the Tao Oracle, by Ma Deva Padma

Daily Angel Oracle Card: The Corners Of The Mouth, from the Tao Oracle, by Ma Deva Padma

The Corners Of The Mouth: “Health and well-being mean more than just freedom from disease; they are a radiant manifestation of balance in body, mind and joy, and peace is increased. We eat food to nourish our bodies, but every level of our being requires nourishment, which it takes from the sources available to it. Your quality of life reflects how you are nourished, how you nourish others, and the way you function in the world.

Impressions – sensory, emotional, intellectual – are the food of the min. We receive a barrage of impressions from television, computers, music, movies, books and magazines, and often end up carrying too much “weight” in our heads. Simplify your life by eliminating anything that does not promote wholesomeness. You may be surprised to find that as you clean up your act you also start feeling better. Gradually eliminating whatever is no longer relevant – stuff, habits, relationships, or points of view – amounts to trimming the fat off your lifestyle. Consider what it would be life to live with the people and things that help you to feel good about yourself. Then consider the extent to which you are willing to go to make that a reality.

If you haven’t paid much attention to your health, this is the time to begin. In attending tot he body’s real needs, it is important to bring some awareness to what, where, and how you eat. If you frequently eat in a hurry, or “graze” at an open fridge, then you can be certain that you are also feeding your stress levels. Carefully choosing foods that are natural and wholesome and eating with intention sends a message to your entire being that it is worth nourishing. Maintaining good health also means exercising. Physical exercise vitalizes the heart and circulatory system and enhances our general sense of well-being. It clears cobwebs from an overfull mind by rerouting excess energy from the head into the body.

Nourishment of the heart calls for healthy relationships in your life. Relationships require sensitivity to their subtle nuances, and should not be taken for granted. Habitual patterns of relating lead to indifference, lack of enthusiasm, or can’t-be-bothered attitude that slowly but surely creates heartache. Nourish your relationships carefully, so that they may provide you and others with emotional sustenance. Finally, how do you nourish yourself spiritually? Rest and relaxation put us back in touch with ourselves and nature. Make a conscious choice to tune our external distractions and turn your full attention inward. by sitting silently, relaxed and comfortable, simply observing your breath and your thoughts, you can cleanse your mind of tensions that deplete well-being. When a thought arises that grips your attention, relax your breath, let the tension go and return to neutrality. This is the simplest form of meditation, and it works. there are many different techniques to facilitate self-awareness, some very energetic, others more passive, and it’s wise to experiment to find the way that feels right for you. Practicing a consciousness raising technique with regularity clears the mind, calms the emotions, and will enhance your ability to feel supported by the flow of change that is Tao.”*

~by Ma Deva Padma

Pay particular attention to your physical body at this time. All the energetic changes we have been thought, all the Universal and cosmic upgrades that we have integrated at a cellular level, have transformed us. We will, quite literally, start to look markedly different. This is a necessary and welcome change. But we must participate in this part of our transformation.

We have moved into a new Lightness of Being, can you feel it? We must honour and nurture our bodies accordingly. We must hydrate with pure water, blessing both the water and our bodies as we do so. We must turn away from foods laden with chemicals, additives, pesticides and genetic modifications. We must choose to nourish ourselves with foods that contain the natural spectrum of the rainbow; foods full of Light and prana, vitamins and minerals. Raw and authentic, nothing battered or microwaved. How does this feel to you?

This is not a matter of if you make these vital changes, but when. If you are resisting now, please don’t worry. The seed is planted within your consciousness and you will find yourself guided to higher vibrational foods. Old, toxic habits will be left behind naturally, effortlessly; with grace and ease. You can and will do this for YOU.

And when you do? You will transform completely. Body, mind and spirit. Beyond anything you were previously able to conceive. It’s that powerful.

This is not a diet, it is not a fad. It is more than a lifestyle. It is a coming home; a returning back to you.

And so it is

Daily Angel Oracle Card: The Feminine ~ Muliebre Numen, from The Gospel of Aradia, by Stacey Demarco, Artwork by Jimmy Manton

The Feminine ~ Muliebre Numen: “Do not be afraid of the feminine form or naturally feminine ways. You can be powerful and still feminine. Seek equality. Forget the current restrictions of sexual roles – they limit everyone. There is no need to push forcefully for what you want. Be the best you can be and attract what you need.

To the one that comes from the Goddess,

To the maiden to the wife,

To the creatrix to the seductress,

To the one that bore me to life.

Clear the path for the power,

Of flowers and of seeds,

Of pull, not push,

Of wildness and of bleeds.

We humans may

We humans may have venerated the Feminine Divine for longer than we have any other deity. The One that births, provides, nurtures, creates – She is both the beginning, and at the end, of everything.

In Aradia’s gospel, it was Diana, who was the primary face of the Feminine Divine. Through Aradia, Diana’s teachings encouraged women to seek gender equality in a society from which respect for the feminine was rapidly disappearing. Women of the time were quickly losing their freedoms and the personal powers that they had long-held. They were no longer able to publicly practice certain healing arts, inherit easily, travel alone or often choose their own husbands. Worse still, the kind of new patriarchal religion meant that there were only male intermediaries between the new God and the people and that there were either no roles or very narrow and chaste roles for women in the worship itself. No priestesses, no powerful equal Feminine Divine, no mythos other than one of the virgin mother or the fallen woman.

We are now in a time where the Feminine Divine has made a comeback. Since the 1960s, when the movement of feminism became important and powerful, women have again sought a kind of spirituality that reflected them as women and as equal beings. The rise of the Goddess movement mirrored this rise of feminism and we now live in a time in the Western world when it is safer to worship a feminine deity (or deities) than a single masculine entity. The feminine principles of attraction, pull rather than push, collaboration, and power “together” rather than power “over” could help solve the problems of many societies today.”*

~ By Stacey Demarco

Finally things are coming back into balance. This shift has been a long time in coming. It is even challenging to imagine absolute equality; we are so wired to think in terms of competition; who is on top, who is leading, who is in charge. Rather than a tug-o-war we can just relax, the struggle is finally over.

Woman are being accepted for being themselves; we don’t have to be paraded around as sexual objects. (not that this is not still happening, but we have a choice whether we participate). Women of various shapes and sizes are being revered just for being them, for sharing their gifts with the world. Young girls are being encouraged to be anything their heart’s desire, rather than being stereotyped into female roles. Progress!

In finding unconditional self-acceptance and Love, we must accept ourselves top to toe: inside and out; the shadows and the light. And when we do this, we open ourselves up to infinite possibilities.

And so it is.

The Singer Of Connection, from The Faerie’s Oracle, by Brian Froud and Jessica MacBeth

Daily Angel Oracle Card: The Singer Of Connection, from The Faerie’s Oracle, by Brian Froud and Jessica MacBeth

The Singer Of Connection: “Spiritual connection, Karma, Balance, Empathy”

“This Singer supports all connections, the web of light between all beings, all particles, and between past, present, and future. It brings wholeness to apparent duality and combines all energies, uniting all that was, is, or could be. When we lose awareness of this connection in our lives, we feel isolated, lonely, bereft. Yet the energy is there. We only need to be open to it.

There are emotions that help us open up  – love, compassion, trust, and so on. There are other emotions that we tend to close down around unless we make a special effort to keep our hearts open. As you can probably guess, these emotions are feelings such as jealousy, anger, fear, grief, and others of a similarly painful nature. Yet, sometimes, these very emotions, when carried to an extreme, cause us to break down and then break through to the song of Ekstasis. This is a risky way to go as well as an extremely difficult one, because more often the breakdown just stays broken for a long time and then we retreat back to a more crippled version of our original selves.

A far better way to become ever more aware of our essentially holistic nature is to work at keeping our hearts open, seeing relationships, being earthed and centered and connected. In a meditation, someone (and I suspect it was this Singer) asked me to let go of all of my defenses. I argued that surely we needed defenses in this world in order to survive. I was firmly but lovingly told, “It is only by letting go of all your defenses that you become invulnerable.”

That gave me such a strong shock of recognizing the rightness of it that I couldn’t even breathe for a moment. But then, still reluctant (because it sounded like a big job), I muttered that I didn’t think I knew how to do that or even what all my defenses were. I was assured kindly that I would receive help if I asked for it. And I know that you will be given the same aid, too.

Starter Reading: “Through the power of this Singer, all connections are made, held and released, as appropriate. In a reading, this Singer indicates the connection of things, especially reconnecting those that have been sundered. It is unifying and reunifying. It tells us that we need to be aware of the connections between different aspects of the issues under discussion, as well as the connections between the people linked by it. We also may need to build more connections, a network of mutual support.

The presence of  The Singer Of Connection in a reading indicates support and strength flowing through the connections between those involved.”*

Can you feel your deep connection to everything in existence? Can you see the Light that shines in others, shining from your own eyes in the mirror? This profound connection is the magic of the Universe. It is what weaves us all together. It is what allows us to feel on a deeper level, and what leads to the mass or group consciousness during this ascension.

Open your heart to everything in existence. The birds, and animals and plants and flowers. The insects and trees and creatures of the sea. What do you feel when you focus your energy and intention on another being? Can you feel the warmth and Love that exists within them, even if they themselves cannot feel it (yet)?

This is not vulnerability, this is expansion of awareness. It is allowing ourselves to be a part of the All. It is bypassing the ego’s need to keep us isolated in the name of  “safety” when what we desire most is the connection. Connection is healing, it is alignment. It is Faith. Trust in the thread of Love that weaves us. Trust in the existence of Light within all (Yes, even him!). There are no exceptions, only one’s who live in the state of isolation.

Open hearts and open minds lead to the connection. It is safe to feel. To be a part of it. It is a vital stage of the raising of our consciousness. Allow it to be.

Allow yourself to fearlessly connect through the Light of your Heart.

Namaste
