Goddess of Beauty: “You are a wonderous being of light; there is nothing to change of fix.”

Meditate upon the image on this card and allow your light and natural beauty to shine through. You are beautiful just as you are. Thre is nothing to fix: just love and accept yourself as you are.

As you honour the beautiful person that you are, others will feel the light and warmth radiating from you. As a result, you will attract wonderful and generous people into your life that will love and appreciate you for all that you truly are. Just be yourself – that is where your beauty lies”*

We can be so hard on ourselves, especially women. We look in the mirror and see all our flaws, not appreciating the inner beauty radiating out from our souls, our very being. What if we looked in the mirror and saw our auras instead of our wrinkles, cellulite or grey hair? What if we could see ourselves how our infant children see us, perfect in every way? How would that change the way we treated ourselves and our inner dialogue? And, if we did change our inner dialogue to one of peaceful acceptance and respect, how would it shift the energy in our everyday lives?

Maintaining a positive inner dialogue, and treating ourselves with love and respect would change our lives dramatically. I don’t mean to harp on this, but have you been using your daily affirmations? Affirmations are the very vital first step on this journey of self love and acceptance. They can be written down and read, especially morning upon waking and last thing before sleeping, and as many times in between as possible. They can be said out loud or in your head.
