You may be feeling that there is simply not enough time to achieve everything you aim to achieve. Perhaps you feel as though time is running out. Know these feelings are simply an illusion. You have the power to achieve all you want to with ease, provided you stop, immersing yourself in material issues and fears. This card is asking you to rest and detach yourself from everyday concerns. Learn to relax and life will be clearer. Everything falls into perspective when you reconnect with your spirit and all that exists inside your heart. Spirit lives beyond the restrictions of time and space. Your spirit is eternal; it has no fear and vibrates only to love.
Rest – and allow love’s light to heal your fears and anxieties. Let love guide you – it will bring balance to your life. As your mind is cleared of all stress, anxiety and concern, you create the opening for your spirit to be felt and heard. You will then be able to communicate with your spirit, and reconnect with the truth and purpose of your life. Keep an open mind and heart.

There has been too much stress lately, and it’s hard to gain a clear perspective when you are in a seemingly permanent state fight or flight mode. Even if you feel that you have been managing your stress well, your body has been secreting hormones to deal with the physiological impact of this stress on your body. In short, you need a break. A little time to recharge your battery; to find some simple joy and balance and to detach from the drama.
When we allow ourselves to detach, we can gain a higher perspective. We can see things from all angles; how it is affecting not only ourselves but those around us too. This will give us clarity and allow us to see the next steps forward with grace and ease. It’s time to leave the struggle behind. And breathe.
Even if you can’t just up and go on a mini vacation (don’t worry, neither can I, unfortunately!) you can get outside and breathe some fresh air. Go for a nice, slow, long walk. Sit in your garden undisturbed. Hug a tree. Gaze at the sky. Have a sea salt bath. Listen to some of your favourite music. Schedule some time to do your favourite hobby or past time. Have lunch with a close friend.
Play. Lighten up. Give yourself a “get outta jail free pass” from all of your worries.
And you just might find that they sort themselves out while you are doing what you love to do.
