It’s hard to look at the above image and not smile. It’s so uplifting, so playful and light. It appeals to our inner child, that longing to have a simpler life; a life of fun and magic and mystery. Those aspects of life that get buried under the weight of adult responsibilities, of duty and obligation. Where is the playfulness? Where is the fun? Do you allow yourself to be silly once in a while? To dance, or sing, or flirt or play?

Today is a continuation of yesterday’s message, one blending into the next. Perfect synchronicity. Stop taking life so seriously. Stop taking yourself so seriously. Take some time out of your schedule and do something totally different. Mix up the energy! Skip your chores and go do something fun! Play hookie on your boring old routine!

Be a magnet for joy by being joyful, playful and free. Laugh! Smile! Dance. Pay it forward – do a good deed without any expectation of reciprocation. Give out free hugs. Call your mother and tell her you love her, tell her a funny story, make her day! Do something out of your comfort zone that is FUN. Today. Don’t put it off, this is important and you will feel all the better for it.
