Apophyllite: “Astral Travel”

Apophyllite in Healing: “Apophyllite is a clear very transparent crystal that can form many different ways, but by far the most remarkable and identifiable characteristic of its crystals occurs when it forms pyramid like structures. Apophyllite as a mineral is the birth place of the ancient Atlantian meditation that has survived the ages, where one creates a Crystal Pyramid as their playground, ashram or temple. Traditionally this pyramid is visited for healing and other spiritual work. Apophyllite, to me is very similar vibrationally to Selenite in that it also feels like the embodiment of pure Light. These two stones work amazingly well together, clearing negativity, amplifying positive vibration and creating a protective energetic barrier in a space when placed together in the corners of a room. If you have your Selenite in place, you could experiment with the energies by adding Apophyllite points or placing a larger piece in the center of the room.

Apophyllite is also a great crystal to use in the bedroom, promoting a deeper understanding of your inner world and assisting in remembering the signs, symbols and messages that appear in your dream state. Try placing an Apophyllite point under your pillow, beside your bed, or gridding four points around the corners of your bed. If you already have your Selenite in place, simply add the Apophyllite to join them, creating an even more powerful shield of Light, great for kids too!

Interestingly, Apophyllite is linked to the energy of Pegasus, as Selenite is linked to the energies of Unicorn. These beings symbolize Light, strength, freedom, sovereignty, ascension, protection and upliftment. They are powerful allies to have while traveling by meditation or dreamtime in the astral and elemental realms. Placing a small picture of Pegasus or a Unicorn beside your bed along with the stones can assist you in connecting to their benevolent energies, allowing them to guide you. If you are setting this up for a child who has nightmares, encourage them to draw their own colourful pictures to place by their beds, adding a personal touch.
