We are warriors. We are constantly transforming; stepping into our truth. We are powerful, strong, courageous and free. Yet we are still human. We are still sensitive, vulnerable, emotional and loving beings. These are aspects of ourselves to be cherished and revered. They are what make us who we are. Who we are as individuals, as partners, parents, brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles and cousins. Friends and care givers. As compassionate listeners and  healers. They are two sides of the same coin, equally important. Equally valuable.

This is the polarity of Being.

Take some time to honour your human side, allow yourself to process the emotions that you have been experiencing through your time of transformation. Know that they are part of the journey; the letting go of the old to make space for the new. Let them flow through you, even if they bring tears, for these are tears of healing and will gently guide you through the process of releasing. Tears are magic bridges to the next chapter, never hold them back. Breathe out all the old fears, old pain, past hurts, self doubts and any toxic energy that has burdened your soft and beautiful heart.

Allow yourself this reflection and release. Move through it and come out the other side peaceful, balanced and wise. Knowing that there is so much love for you here. A legion of angels singing your praises. The ultimate force of energy of the Universe surrounding you.
