There is some serious synchronicity here! We are still being gently nudged from the perceived cage… the little bird still clings on tightly to the bars. Archangel Michael is here to tell you that it is safe to fly, he is right here beside you, urging you on to your life’s purpose. Think of yourself as the toddler, taking those first few shaky steps, and having your parent kneel on the other side of the room, calling out encouragement, arms wide, ready for a hug as soon as you make it all the way over there! Archangel Michael is the same! He welcomes you with protective wings, open heart and shield. You are safe, you are protected, you are loved. There is nothing to fear.

Keep breathing. When we get nervous or anxious, it’s the first thing to go. Breathing shallows, constricts, shuts out the light, subdues the energy. Breathing deeply let’s it all back in again. What an easy and wonderful tool to use to connect with the Divine. Simple, accessible and vital. Breathe.

You have the full support of the Universe. It no longer matters if there are those around you who do not support you. They are just not quiet where you are in consciousness yet… they are on their own journey, and you can’t let their opinions dictate yours! Breathe deeply and let it all go. The expectations you are trying to live up to, the fear of judgment, the desire for acceptance.
