We made it through Christmas and now there is work to be done. The countdown is on to the end of 2017 and the start of the new year. The next few days should be used wisely; to set our intentions for what we wish to create in 2018.

Today is about clarity. Contemplate what you wish to manifest into your reality. How the next chapter of your life is going to look, feel like, sound like, even smell like! Use your thoughts, feelings and all of your senses and your vivid imagination to create. These are your most powerful tools, use them wisely. There is no time here for limitations, worries, doubts and fears. Take charge and focus only on what you desire.

This is not about control, about the how something will play out, but the what you want and why. What do you wish to create? How would that feel? The rest is up to the Universe. Trust, have faith that if you are clear and your energy is focused and not scattered, you will be successful. You can create anything you put your heart and soul into.

Take some time to yourself today. Some time to be quiet, calm, peaceful and relaxed. Do a walking meditation outside; or sit in your favourite spot and meditate. Play some soothing music (I personally love Solfeggio, which will assist you in your manifestation, check youtube for lots of free options). Create something if you have a passion, painting, drawing, writing, playing music, dancing or singing. Move the energy. Create.

Journal. Write down how you want to feel and why. Write down what you wish to pursue; what you desire to create.

Dream it into form and breathe it into life.
