It’s time to lighten up! Everyone knows that laughter is amazing medicine, lifting our spirits and our vibration. It helps us to access more happy hormones in our brains, easing stress, overwhelm and depression. Play. Have fun. Get out there and dance, sing, flirt, access that inner child. Life is just too serious!

You may find someone coming into your life to lighten things up a bit. This person could be a little mischievous; it could come in the form of a new friend or potential love interest;  it could be child or a pet; or even an old friend or relative you haven’t connected with in a while. They might just give you a much needed nudge out of your comfort zone and teach you how to not take yourself so seriously! See this as the gift that it is, whether they are fleeting or they stick around for the long haul, they are coming to you for a reason!
